RACINE: Leo Joseph passed away peacefully at 73 years of age on March 26, 2004 at Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus. Beloved husband for 51 years of the late Rhea Racine (nee McNall) (2001). Loving father to John and wife Marlene, Doug and wife Leigh, Brenda Sinasac and husband Dave, Margaret Bowers and husband John. Predeceased by sons Paul (1971) and Mark (2002). Dear grandpa of Tracy DeWall and husband Dan, Roderick (Rod) Racine, Michael Sinasac, Kelly Paquette and husband Jeff, David (D.J.) Sinasac and partner Roxanne, Chad Bowers, Stacey Bowers and partner Justin. Beloved great grandpa of Brett and Drew Paquette, Bryce and Brady DeWall. Predeceased by his parents Alex (1978) and Mae Racine (1965). Survived by his sisters Kay Forsythe and Mary Racine. Predeceased by his brothers Bill, Doug and Robert. Leo retired after 42 years of service with Ontario Hydro, Amherstburg Utilities and Windsor Utilities. Leo was a founding member of the First Aid Squad in Amherstburg. He was a respected board member of the Windsor Utilities Credit Union and at one time a leader with the Boy Scouts of Amherstburg. In his later years Leo enjoyed being a member of various card clubs around the Amherstburg area. Friends may call at the JAMES H. SUTTON FUNERAL HOME, 401 Sandwich St. S., Amherstburg Monday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m.. Prayers Monday evening at 7:00 p.m.. Visitation will continue on Tuesday March 30,2004 at St. Joseph Church River Canard from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10;30 a.m.. Interment St. Joseph Church cemetery. As your expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Diabetes Association or the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre. A tree will be planted in memory of Leo Racine in the Sutton Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 26, 2004. All are welcome.

Peacefully at the Toronto Western Hospital on Friday, July 23, 2004 at the age of 47.He is survived by his parents Joseph and Lillian, Grandmother Inez Niles, siblings Gail, Allen, James, Joanne, Joey, Patricia and Leanne and several nieces and nephews.
