Winkie, Warren - Warren lost his very brave battle with cancer peacefully on Friday, April 23, 2004 at the age of 66 surrounded by his family. Beloved husband and best friend of Mary, loving father of sons Warren Jr. , Gordon, Will and daughter Laura MacLennan. Father-in-law of Jayne and Cathy. Proud grandfather of Melissa, Kymberly, Mark, Lisa, Ashley, Michael, Ryan, Matthew and Liam. Dear brother of Beverley and her husband George Flint. Warren started his life long career in the photographic industry in his early teens working summers at the Chas. Abel photo finishing plant and then joined companies such as Black's Photo, Fuji, Agfa, Hanimex etc. eventually starting his own photographic importing distribution company which is now run by his eldest son. He had a great passion for photography and was active with the Canadian Imaging Trade Association. His interest in photography started while attending St. Michael's College and for the rest of his life there was a camera in his hand while attending any social or business function. He particularly enjoyed his last business role before retirement where he and Mary worked side by side as Executive Directors of Foto Source Canada. Friends may call at the "SCABOROUGH CHAPEL" of McDougall & Brown, 2900 Kingston Rd. (east of St. Clair Ave. E.) 416-267-4656, on Wednesday, April 28 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Memorial service will be held at St. Dunstan of Canterbury Church, 56 Lawson Rd., Scarborough 416-283-1844, on Thursday, April 29 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Keenan, Belle - passed away peacefully, on Sunday, March 28, 2004 in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Keenan. Loving mother of Elton (deceased) and his wife Barbara, Linda, Janet, Shirley her husband Steve. Cherished grandmother of Mary and her husband Bruce, Vanessa and her husband Sean, Tristan and his wife Jenn, Rebecca, and great grandmother to Breanna, Isaac, and Owen. Belle is also survived by her sister Donalda MacDonald of Prince Edward Island. Friends and family will be received at the "Scarborough Chapel" of McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Rd. (just east of St. Clair Ave. E.) on Tuesday, March 30 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. for vistiation. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.

Survived by brothers Harold and Raymond Francis and sisters Margaret Vince, Minnie Isabel and Hattie Anderson. Kathleen will be remembered by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. GRANT: Charles F. "Chic", passed away peacefully at the Chatham Retirement Resort with his family by his side on Thursday, May 6, 2004. Born in Tilbury East Township 92 years ago, son of the late Angus Grant and Elizabeth (MacLeod). Beloved husband of 63 years to Blanche (Sloan) Grant. Dear father of Larry and wife Flory of Chatham, Don and wife Shirley of Corunna. Proud grandfather of William. Respected and loved uncle, great uncle and great great uncle of many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Donald Grant, four sisters Elizabeth Baker, Jennie Sawyer, Margaret Sloan and Katie Manning. Charlie was employed at Chrylser Canada for many years and retired from the Chatham Hydro in 1976. He was an active member and elder of Victoria Avenue United Church. Friends will be received at the Bowman Funeral Home, 4 Victoria Avenue, Chatham (519-352-2390) on Monday, May 10 from 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00pm with Rev. Heather A. Scott of Victoria Avenue United Church officiating. Interment at Stewart cemetery. Contributions to Victoria Avenue United Church or Valetta Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.

Born in Holland, 78 years ago, daughter of the late Marten Terpstra and Anna Wielinga. Predeceased by her husband Ale "Alec" Zondervan (1992) and her first born son Stanley (1956). Surviving are three sons Marvin and Margie of Chatham, Ed and Dorothy of London, Stanly Zondervan of Barrie, five daughters Aneta Zondervan of Chatham, Ingrid Geris and Joe Taylor of St. Marys, Margrid and Luke Folkema of Beachville, Jo Ann and Al Schaafsma of Chatham, Rose and Dave Verburg of Chatham, 22 grandchildren and one great grandchild, two brothers and 4 sisters in Holland and one sister Joanne (predeceased) and husband John Haagsma of London. Friends will be received for visitation at the Bowman Funeral Home 4, Victoria Avenue, Chatham (519-352-2390) on Sunday April 11, from 2-4 and 7-9pm. passed away peacefully at his home in Mississauga on Saturday, July 31, 2004 in his 86th year.

Emmanuel, beloved husband of Adeodata. Loving father of Michael and his wife Lynn, Joseph and his late wife Sharon, Grace and husband Brian, Lily, Mary and husband James, Vincent and wife Debbie and the late Elizabeth. Grandfather of 20 and great-grandfather of 9. Emmanuel will be missed forever by his family and friends.

Visitation will be held at LEE FUNERAL HOME LIMITED 258 Queen Street South, Streetsville (Mississauga Road South of 401), on Monday, August 2nd from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held from St. Joseph's Church 5440 Durric Road, Streetsville on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment to follow Streetsville cemetery.

Maria Giaouris (née Boudouvas)

Died peacefully on July 26th, 2004 at home. Maria is survived by daughter Penelope (Philip) and granddaughter Kateina, Son George and grandchildren Dennis, and Dino.
