FROST, Patricia Ann "Tricia"(nee Kerr) - Of Guelph, passed away peacefully, at her home, Friday, April 11, 2003, in her 57th year. Beloved wife of Trevor Frost. Loved mother of Katherine, Robert and Louise all of Guelph. Predeceased by her parents. Tricia will be remembered for her love of cards, reading, dogs and cooking. Her family would especially like to thank Dr. Jennifer Caspers, Nurse Karen of St. Elizabeth Health Care, and the staff of the Community Care Access Centre for their care and support. Friends will be received at the Wall-Custance Funeral Home and Chapel, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, today (Monday 7-9 p.m.). Funeral service will be held, in the funeral home chapel, Tuesday, April 15, 2003, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. John Borthwick officiating. (Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre). Cremation Woodlawn Crematorium, Guelph. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society, 4A-214 Speedvale Ave., W., Guelph N1H 1C4 would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Patricia Frost in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph, Arboretum. Dedication service Sunday, Sept. 21, 2003, at 2:30 p.m.

DEAGLE, Ralph Leahman - Passed away, at the Wellington Terrace in Elora, on Friday, April 11, 2003, in his 90th year. Survived by his most beloved wife of 60 years, Norma (Grose) and his five children. He was a wonderful father to George, Robert, Sandy, Dianne (Downey), Alice (Williams) and their families (18 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren). Longtime resident of Alma, he owned the Alma Feed and Chopping Mill for 30 years and the farm with the landmark white barn and yellow roof, on the 2nd of Pilkington. When retired, he built the home of the "Alma Spring Water"! Besides his love of hunting, fishing, bee keeping and many other hobbies, he often shared a helping hand and was a great friend to many. To help celebrate his life, the family invite relatives and friends to the Alma United Church on Saturday, April 19, 2003 with visitation from 1-2 p.m. followed by a Church Service. A luncheon and fellowship will follow at the Alma Community Hall. In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alma United Church by contacting a family member or the minister, Rev. Robert Matton.A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the Wellington Terrace for all of the special "Tender Loving Care".

TIMM, Richard Alfred - At his residence, near Lake Eugenia, on April 14, 2003, formerly of Guelph, in his 65th year. Beloved husband of Adolfine "Fine" Martin. Loving father of Sabina (Scott) Timm-Piper and Petra (Chris) Catteau, all of Guelph. He will be loved and remembered by his grandchildren, Leah (Rob), Ayron, Breanna and great-granddaughter, Taylor-MacKenzie. Dear brother of Magdalena Iwanski and Edith Timm, both of Toronto and Waldemar Timm of Germany. The family will receive friends at the Wall-Custance Funeral Home and Chapel, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Wednesday, April 16 from 7-9 p.m. For funeral service information call 1-888-924-2810. McLEOD, Margaret Penelope "Penny" - Penny McLeod, in Cornwall, Ontario, on Tuesday, April 8, 2003. Beloved wife of Sam McLeod. Loved mother to her five surviving children. Sadly missed by 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Mary Bell and Anne McLean, both of Guelph. Predeceased by her parents, Donald James and Ellen Adelaide (Martin) McLean; brothers, Gordon and Jim McLean and sisters, Donalda Clark and Jessie Small. A private funeral service was held in the chapel of the Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall. If so desired, contributions to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

DENNY, Edward "Ted" James - (Past Master of Wellington Lodge AF and AM No. 271 , Erin). Peacefully at the Village of Riverside Glen Retirement Home, in Guelph, on Wednesday, April 9, 2003. Ted Denny of Guelph, formerly of Erin, in his 81st year. Beloved husband of the late Betty Brock (1990). Loving father of Earlda Denny and her husband Terry La Brash of Jordan Station Ontario, and Brenda Lee Wilson and her husband LeRoy of Las Vegas, NV. Dear brother of Yvonne Bricker of Baden. Predeceased by sister, Sheila Benin. Resting at the Butcher Family Funeral Home, 5399 Main St. South, Erin, where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12 at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Jeff Davison officiating. Visitation on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A masonic service will be held at the funeral home Friday evening at 9:00 p.m. If desired donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated as expression of sympathy.

MITCHELL, Margaret Grace - At the Lapointe-Fisher Nursing Home, Guelph, on Tuesday, April 8, 2003. Margaret Grace Mitchell at the age of 94 years. Dear cousin of Frances Brooks-Hill of North York and Jack Hawkins of Burlington. Predeceased by her parents Austin and Maude Mitchell and her twin brother Edward Mitchell. Margaret was born in Guelph and taught High School at G.C.V.I. for many years. She was a long time member of Chalmers United Church. MATUSINEC, Mary Joana - At Groves Memorial Community Hospital, Fergus, on Tuesday, April 8, 2003, Mary Joana Matusinec (nee Smydo), in her 79th year. Beloved wife of Stanley J. Matusinec; dear mother of Dan and Lynne Matusinec, Marg and Laverne Dowling, Marie and Gary Hawkins, John and Barb Matusinec and Teresa and Dave Hawkins. Loving grandmother of Rob, Rhonda and Trudy Matusinec, Tamara and Jared Dowling, Allison, Marla, Garett and Diana and Josiah Hawkins, Josh, Jennie and Jacob Matusinec and Bethany and Lucas Hawkins. Also loved by great-granddaughter, Ashley May. She will be missed by her brothers, Stan Smydo and his wife Shiela, Ed Smydo and his wife Theresa and her sister, Helen Mooney and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, John and Frances Smydo; two infant brothers and brother-in-law, Gordon Mooney. BORDIGNON, Anelio Joseph (Neil) - After a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease, at St. Joseph's Health Care Centre, Guelph, on Wednesday, April 9, 2003. Anelio J. (Neil) Bordignon, in his 80th year, son of the late Carlo and Julia Bordignon. Dear brother of Amelia Spinelli, Rose Bordignon, Joseph Bordignon, all of Guelph and the late Mary Murphy, Anthony Bordignon and Angelo Bordignon. Survived also by many nieces and nephews. Neil was a faithful member of the Church of Our Lady and the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 252 Dublin Street North, Guelph (Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.). Funeral on Saturday morning, April 12 to the Church of Our Lady for Funeral Mass at 10 o'clock. Interment Marymount cemetery , Guelph. She left her homeland in 1995 to be reunited with her family in Guelph in 1996.
