CAUGHY: Peacefully at her residence, Westpark Health Centre, St. Catharines, on Tuesday Nov. 6th, 2001 in her 84th year. Emily (Bonnie) the beloved wife of the late James Henry Caughy. Survived by daughters Marie and Leonard Huiser, Thorndale; Shirley and Bert Heisler, Welland; Lynda Hall, Stratford; sons James and Carol Caughy, Blenheim; Bill Caughy, Mike Caughy, Clinton; Bruce & Fran Caughy; Don and Donna Caughy of Hanover; Ewart and Carol Caughy, Markdale and Fred Caughy of Forest. Forty grandchildren, fifty-seven great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren also survive. Predeceased by husband Jim in 1990. Son-in-law Leo Doyle in 1983, grandson Robert James Heisler in 1963, great granddaughter Tina Marie Rosso in 1972. Predeceased by parents, one brother and two sisters. Bonnie came to Canada in 1947 to Windsor then to Northern Canada , to Dashwood and St. Marys before moving to Welland in 1996 and went into nursing home in 1999. She was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star #121 St. Marys. A private family funeral was held at Pelham Friends Evangelical Church conducted by Pastor Mathew Chesnes at 2:00 pm Friday Nov. 9th. Internment took place at Pardoville cemetery , Raleigh Twp., Ont. Commital service by Rev. Tim Joyce at 1:00 pm Saturday Nov. 10th.
