Wanda Lea Pellerin (Gray)
Wanda Lea Pellerin, of Dresden passed away peacefully Saturday November 29, 2014 at Franklin Gardens, Leamington at the age of 75. Born in Dresden, daughter of the late Neva (Green) and Clark Gray.
Dear mother and mother-in-law of Allen & Donna (Samek) Pellerin of Dresden; Louane (Pellerin) & Jeff McFadden of Dresden, and Mark Pellerin of Medicine Hat. Survived by 8 Grandchildren; Chad Pellerin; Shawn Pellerin, Kyle Pellerin, Adam McFadden, Katie (McFadden) Holmes & her husband Adam Holmes, Jonathan Pellerin, Jennifer Pellerin, Chris Pellerin, and 2 Great Grandchildren Rayden Pellerin and Sadie Pellerin. Dear sister of Karen Gray of Caledonia and sister-in-law Gloria Gray of Carleton Place. Wanda is predeceased by her brother Larry Gray of Carlton Place.
Wanda raised her three children while she maintained a successful beauty salon in her home for 15 years. She became the owner and Manager of ladies dress shops in Chatham and Ridgetown and enjoyed organizing and participating in fashion shows as a lovely model. In 1995 her love of road trips lead her to become a busy driving instructor in Alberta and Ontario until her retirement in 2005. In her retirement Wanda was a volunteer driver for the CHAP Program and for the Canadian Cancer Society. Wanda enjoyed travelling throughout her life and was fortunate to visit many parts of Europe, Canada, and the United States.
She loved her many adopted dogs over the years who were her dear companions and gave her great joy.
Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to the Kent Branch of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (OSPCA).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th at the Dresden Community Church with visitation from 2:00 - 4:00 pm, followed by a private memorial service.

Gerald van Koeverden
van Koeverden: Gerald a resident of Thamesville passed away Monday, December 1, 2014 at his home at the age of 67. Born in Buren, Netherlands, son of the late Herman and Henrika (Goes) van Koeverden. Beloved husband of Piyarat "Lek" (Thacheen) van Koeverden. Loving father of Paul & Dina van Koeverden, the late Luke van Koeverden, Anne van Koeverden & Christopher Evans and Jane van Koeverden. Proud grandfather of Lucas and Natalia van Koeverden. Dear brother of the late Mary McCracken (Bernard McCracken), Theresa van Koeverden, the late Andrew (Andy) van Koeverden, Joseph & Andi van Koeverden and Beatrice van Koeverden. Also missed by many nieces and nephews. The van Koeverden family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be held at 4 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated from St. Paul's Church, Thamesville on Friday, December 5, 2014 at 11 a.m. with Fr. Ray Lawhead as celebrant. Cremation to follow. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to CEE Hospital Foundation.

Milka Mahovlich
Mahovlich: Milka (Ferencic), formerly of R.R.#1 Newbury, passed away peacefully at Babcock Community Care Centre, Wardsville on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the age of 86. Born in Croatia, daughter of the late Stephan and Barbara (Zoretich) Ferencic. Beloved wife of the late Ivan Mahovlich (2006). Loving mother of Mary Ann Mahovlich of Newbury, and Joe Mahovlich (Gerri) of Springfield. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Adam Mahovlich (Jen), Dan Mahovlich, Chad Mahovlich (Laura), Natalie Mahovlich (Tim), and Patrick Mahovlich and four great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 2 sons and 3 brothers and 3 sisters in Croatia. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The Mahovlich family will receive friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm St., Bothwell on Friday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Prayers will be held on Friday afternoon at 3:30pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Charles Garnier Parish, Glencoe on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 2pm with Fr. Matthew Bedard as Celebrant. Interment in St. Ignatius cemetery , Bothwell. Donations by cheque to the Alzheimer Society, West Elgin, Friends of the Bothwell Catholic cemetery or VON, Strathroy would be appreciated by the family.

Terry Alex Kulak
Kulak: Terry a resident of Bothwell passed away Friday, December 5, 2014 at the age of 51. Born in Chatham, son of Alex and Vergie (Cornell) Kulak. Best friend (husband) of Monica (Smith) Kulak. Loving father of Stephanie Kulak, Nick Kulak (Olivia Palk) and Breanna Kulak. Loved grandpa of Madison Nevaeh Fuller. Dear brother of Sherry Kulak and Kerry Kulak. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. The Kulak family will receive friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm St., Bothwell on Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 11 a.m. with Fr. Ray Lawhead officiating. Interment in St. Ignatius cemetery , Bothwell. Meal to follow at the Bothwell Legion. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to Four Counties Health Services Foundation.

Evelyn Mae McBride
McBride: Evelyn Mae found peace on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus, Wallaceburg at the age of 80. Born in Stratford, daughter of the late Melina (Audit) and Alexander Andrews. Beloved wife of the late John McBride (2004). Loving mama of Vicki Greatrix and Mary Jane & Brent Mossop. Special mom to Maurice & Maureen Vermet. Sadly missed by her precious granddaughter Stephanie Greatrix (Todd Goold) and children Abbey and Carter. Granny to Brian & Lisa Vermet and children Olivia and Brayden; Shannon & Kevin Viana and children Nia and Jacob; Michelle & Jason Bedard and children Gabriel and Katherine. Nana Ev to Emma Patterson. Special friend to Marjorie Price. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters. A graveside service will be held at Mayhew-Mt. Pleasant cemetery , Thamesville on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 12 noon with reception to follow. If desired, donations may be made to OSPCA.

Toni Cutler
Cutler: Toni, a resident of Chatham passed away peacefully Monday, December 15, 2014 at his home at the age of 56. Born in London, son of the late Stan and Nancy Cutler. Best friend of Marie Robillard. Father of Tanya Cutler (Steven Lewis) of Strathroy, B.J. Cutler (Courtney Stonefish) of Bothwell and Joe Cutler of Strathroy. Grandfather of Jaimee, Evan, Amaraie, Violet, Syliss, Brianna, Cera and Alyssa. Brother of Buck Cutler (Linda), Dan Cutler (Rachel), Joe Cutler, Nancy Lamarsh (Frank), Sheryl Farrell (Mark) and Angela Coffey (Gerard). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The Cutler family will receive friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm St., Bothwell on Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 1:30 p.m. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Stubbs: Lloyd a resident of Chatham passed away Friday, December 25, 2015 at the age of 67. Born in Newbury, son of the late Rita (Zimmer) and William Stubbs. Survived by sisters Helen Creasey of Vancouver, Kathy Stubbs of Windsor, Shirley Stubbs of Alvinston and Marguerite Ellison of Croton, brother William A. Stubbs of Thamesville and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother-in-law Bill Creasey. A private family service will be held. Interment in Oakland cemetery , Glencoe.

Clinton Bruce Cummings
1958 - 2015
Cummings: Clinton "Bruce" a resident of Chatham passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance at the age of 58. Born in Chatham, loving son of Ross and Betty Cummings. Sadly missed by brothers Bob, Brent, Barry, Brock and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Geraldine Joyce McKenna
1938 - 2015
McKenna: Geraldine Joyce, a resident of Dresden, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Wallaceburg at the age of 77.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or service.
Private interment at a later date.

Florence Mary Johnston
Johnston: Florence Mary, (nee Couture) passed away peacefully on Friday, July 31, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late Roy Johnston (1981). Loving mother of Stanley (Jennifer) Johnston and Carol (Lou) Helmer. She will be missed by grandson Justin Allard. She is survived by sister Margaret (Roger) Bezaire and brother Harvey Couture, both of Windsor. During her life, Florence was actively involved in her community as a member of the Shetland United Church and a member of the Rebekah Lodge, volunteered for Meals on Wheels and at Four Counties General Hospital for many years. The Johnston family will receive friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre 679 North St., Dresden on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 2 p.m. Interment in Dresden cemetery. If desired, donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to the charity of your choice.

John Albert Gage
1918 - 2015
Gage: John Albert, formerly of London, passed away at the Babcock Community Care Centre, Wardsville on Friday, August 7,2015 at the age of 97. Born in Euphemia Twp., son of the late William and Bertha (Evans) Gage. John is survived by sisters Florence Willson (the late Norton), Muriel Birtch (the late Kenneth) and a brother Sam Gage (Gerri Green). Also survived by a niece Donna Fisher and many other nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Velma Hand (Bill), Alice Smith (Alvro), Jean Switzer (Elmer), Sarah Switzer (Addison), Howard Gage, Hazel Squires (Lawrence), Dorothy Scott (John), Lillian Gage, George Gage (Gladys), Charles Gage (Mary), Leonard Gage, Fred Gage (Carmelle). The Gage family will receive friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm St., Bothwell on Monday, August 10, 2015 from 1:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 PM. Interment Alvinston cemetery. If desired donations to Four Counties Health Services Foundation or the Babcock Community Care Centre, Wardsville would be appreciated.

Lougheed: Shirley Jean a resident of Thamesville passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015 at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury at the age of 80. Daughter of the late Florence (Patterson) and Vic Thompson. Beloved wife of the late Carl Lougheed. Loving mother of Diane Broad of Highgate, Liz Lougheed (Sid Koop) of Chatham and Bill Lougheed of Windsor. Loved grandmother of Chad, Charlene and Shawn. Proud great grandmother of Keegan, Michael, Kenzie and Lillian. Dear sister of Phyllis Marchand and Pat Broad. At Shirley's request there will be no visitation or funeral service. If desired, donations may be made to Four Counties Health Services.

Kerr: Lois of Dresden passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia at the age of 76. Born in Camden Township, daughter of the late William & Edna (Brown) Sturgis. Beloved wife of the late George Kerr. Loving mother of Eugene Kerr, Jeff Kerr, Donna & Richard Snyders and Michael & Tina Lyn Kerr. Cherished grandma of Robert, Grace, Neil and Liam. Dear sister of Bill Sturgis of Dresden. Cremation has taken place. Interment in Blackburn cemetery , Camden Township on Friday, April 17 at 11a.m. followed by lunch and refreshments at Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre 679 North St., Dresden. If desired, donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation.

John Stuart Forsyth
1944 - 2015
Forsyth: J. Stuart, a resident of R.R. 6 Dresden passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the age of 70. Born in Chatham, son of the late Max and Ellen Forsyth. Survived by son Tim Forsyth (Barb) of Thamesville; grandchildren Tricia and Ashely; sister Mary Wellman (Doug) of London and brother Robert Forsyth (Judy) of Dresden. Predeceased by son Greg Forsyth (1994). At Stuart's request there will be no visitation or service. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the John C. Badder Funeral Home, Thamesville.
