CULVER, Irma (Bradshaw) - At the Norfolk General Hospital on Friday September 29, 2006 of Cedarwood Village formerly of Waterford in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Beverley Culver. Loving mother of Bryan, Oakville; & Keith, Hamilton. Dear sister of Marion Campbell, Waterford; & Morley Bradshaw, Boston. Predeceased by sister Edna Crumback. Irma is a member of Bloomsburg Baptist Church, Life member of Simcoe Horticultural Society. Life member of Lynnville Women's Institute, former member of Waterford Order of Eastern Star. Family & friends will be received at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford Monday 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel Tuesday October 3, 2006 at 11 am. Rev. Wealtha May Henderson

HENDERSON, Wealtha May - passed away at Hardy Terrace Long Term Care Facility, Mount Pleasant, with her family by her side on Friday September 29, 2006 in her 93rd year. Loving wife of the late James (1981), much loved mother of James Stanley Henderson and his wife Nancy and the late Isabel Tattrie (1973). Beloved grandmother of Linda Fournier and her husband Mike, Glenn and Dale Tattrie and Christal Dinner and her husband Darren. Great-grandmother of Corrie Fournier (Jeff Bakker), Michael Fournier, Cheryl Morrison and her husband Kyle, Samantha and Joshua Tattrie, great-great grandmother of Brayden Fournier and Hannah Morrison. She is survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Wealtha was a employee of Weston's and a member of the Weston's 1/4 Century Club and a member of the Eagle Place Seniors Club. Friends will be received at the HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE 30 Nelson Street on Monday (today) from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11 am. Interment to follow at Mount Hope cemetery. Donations may be made in Wealtha's memory to the Canadian Hearing Society, Breast Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society.

MARTIN, Wayne Allen – Of Welland, at St. Catharines General Hospital on Friday, September 29, 2006 in his 48th year. Surviving is his 15 year old daughter Helen Louise (O'Connor); brother David Martin (Murielle) of Belleville; sisters Lorraine Carrey (Fern), Nancy Lacko (Joe) of Brantford & Louise Valerio (Tony); his dear friend Karen Holoday and a number of nieces & nephews. Predeceased by parents Alexander & Helen Martin. There will be no visitations, but friends are invited to attend a memorial service with place and time to appear in a future additional of the newspaper. As expressions of sympathy, donations would be gratefully received to the Helen Louise Trust Fund and may be mailed to the H. L. REHMAN, Abdul - It is with profound grief and sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father Abdul. He came to Canada from Srinagar Kashmir, 20 years ago. He leaves behind his wife Fahmida and two sons, six daughters and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We will miss him, but will always cherish his ideals of universal humanity together with the admiration and wonder of the beauty of nature that he instilled in all of us. Bonnie was a single mom, who was hardworking, strong willed, and a happy go lucky lady. Beloved mother to Michelle 'Nickie' Shaw, and Dawn Ward (Mark) all of Paris; cherished sister to Billy Lee (Bushana) and sister in law to Floyd Glover all of Cambridge; dear aunt to Martina Holman, Vincent Wardell, and Corey Lee. Predeceased by her parents and a sister Loretta Wardell (2004).Friends will be received at the WM. KIPP FUNERAL HOME, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. TRAVER, Louis - Suddenly at his home on Saturday, September 30, 2006 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of the late Hazel Traver (nee Vansickle). Much loved father of Calvin (Vicky), Judy (Dave) Cain. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Tom (Sue), Steve (Patty), Karen, Binda (Ira), Heather, Linda, Gary and 9 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his bother John and sister Edith. Lou was widely recognized in the local communities for his skills as a carpenter, his involvement in the farming community, and his passion for horses. He was a skilled horseman and an active participant in the Hunter Divisions of Trillium, Hamilton Hunt and Fall Fair horseshows. His horses won many championships over many years, most recent at Paris and Ancaster Fairs. Lou put a tremendous effort into staying active, living and enjoying his life to the fullest - an inspiration to all who knew him. For that he was a true “Champion“ and was recognized as a Senior Citizen of the Year in 1999. He was so appreciative of the family, many friends and acquaintances who were all part of his achieving the life he loved. He will be sadly missed by many. Friends will be received on Tuesday Afternoon and evening from 2-4 & 7-9 and Wednesday afternoon from 12 until the Service of Remembrance at 1 o'clock at the CATTEL, EATON & CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME, 53 Main Street, Dundas. Reception to follow at the Cattel Centre, (beside the Funeral Home). A private family interment will take place at Mt. Zion cemetery , Copetown. Flowers gratefully declined.

Brother-in-law of Mildred Hamilton, Tavistock, Wallace Snider, Embro, Margaret and Bob McGregor, Ray Martin, Dorothy and Bill Baillie, Marie and Gene Dziadura, Diane and Mac Mann. Pre- deceased by his parents Russell and Dorothy, a brother Lloyd, a sister Jean Snider, a brother-in-law John Nunn and a cherished Godson Shawn Mann. Bill was a career soldier with the Canadian Armed Forces, a veteran of the Korean War, and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Dunsdon Branch # 461. He then served sixteen years with the Catholic Separate School Board. LEVISON, Sylvia Rosalind - After a brief struggle at the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, September 30, 2006 in her 85th year, Sylvia Levison, beloved wife of 65 years to David Eric Levison. Loving mother of Paulette Moser and her husband Bruce of Toronto, Sonia Everett of England, Marcia Adams and her husband Roger of Long Point. Dear sister of Lily Pollock of England. Much loved grandmother of 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Sylvia Levison was a member of the Moyle Womens Institute and was a volunteer at the Willett Hospital. Much loved father of Paul and his wife Helen, Fergus, Sandra Martin and her husband John, Brantford, Julie Kozak and her husband Peter of Kitchener and predeceased by son Peter. Loving grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Leah Parsons, Brantford. Predeceased by sisters Dorothy Rice, Pauline Christie, Jean Watson, Phyllis Kent and by brother Creighton Rice. Dear brother-in-law of Marg Rice. Also loved by nieces and nephews. Ted graduated as a pharmacist from University of Toronto and was a former owner of Lough's Drug Store where he worked from 1929 until 1975. Leonard Mckeough

McKEOUGH, Leonard - Suddenly, on September 27, 2006. Leonard was a six year veteran of the Second World War and of the Korean War. He was retired from the Department of Corrections of Ontario. Leonard was a kind and understanding person and will be missed by his many friends. He is survived by his brother Earl McKeough in Sarnia and a sister-in-law Ethel McKeough as well as his brother Douglas McKeown and his wife Barbara of Brockville. Cremation has taken place and a private interment in the family plot in Guelph will take place.

Daughter of the late Henry Edward Instrall and Ethel Hilda Benson. Predeceased by her husband Douglas Burbank Hammer (1974) and her infant daughter Helen (1941). Cherished mother of Raymond, Fort Meyers, Fl; Barbara Thorell (Robert), West Palm Beach, Fl; Beverly Chatterson (Ralph), Hollywood, Fl; David (Laurel), Brantford; Diane Sampson (Michael), Brantford; Dennis (Ann), Hamilton. Loving Nanny to Kimberly and Michael Hammer; Robbie and Andrew Thorell; Gregory Morey; Matthew Chatterson, Michele (Bradley) Cook; Karisa, Erin and Erica Hammer; Crystal Wright, Philip Sampson; Colin Hammer, Cassie and Nicole Mizzi; Great-Grandma to Avery, Jessalyn, Corrina, Abigail, Whitney and Daniel. Also survived by her brother John Instrall; sister and brother-in-law Myrtle and Chuck Minnie and Edith Hammer; special nieces Wendy Seath and Norma Savory; as well as many more nieces, nephews and friends.
