Miss McIntyre worked for the Ramsay family at Ramsay’s Market for 40 years moving from Parkhill to Petrolia in 1934. Miss McIntyre was a member of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Petrolia, and had been active with the Missionary Circle at the church. Miss McIntyre is survived by her brother David MacIntyre of Bright’s Grove and several nieces and nephews, spanning three generations. Miss McIntyre was predeceased by her parents, Neil and Annie McIntyre (nee McDonald), a brother, Donald McIntyre and a sister, Erma Sutherland. It is with great sadness that the family of George William Walker announce his peaceful passing at Bluewater Health – CEE Site, Petrolia, on Wednesday, June 2, 2004, in his 88th year, of Wyoming. BUNYAN - At St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto, on Saturday, November 29, 2003. Dennis Bunyan, 46 years, of Sarnia and formerly of Petrolia. Dennis is survived by his children, Tim and Tiffany and their mother Cindy of Petrolia. Dennis’ mom, Viola Bunyan of Petrolia, his sister, Dawn and Myron McAuslan of Petrolia, special uncle to Darlene, Geoff and Melissa McAuslan, an uncle, John McMillan of Shaunavon, Saskatchewan, an aunt, Ella Bunyan of Petrolia, best friend Jim Clow of Petrolia. Also survived by a special friend Maureen McIntosh of Sarnia. Dennis is also fondly remembered by the Gifford family. Dennis was predeceased by his father, George (2000), brothers, David (1980) and Danny (1955) and a sister Darlene (1975). Dennis struggled with cystic fibrosis all his life but still was very involved for many years as a coach and on the executive of Petrolia Minor Soccer, Petrolia Minor Hockey and the Petrolia Jr. “B” Jets Hockey Club. He also played hockey for many years and was an avid fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
