BAWKS, (nee Caicco) Ada Marilyn - In loving memory of Ada Bawks, aged 69 years, who passed away, Sunday, October 22, 2006 in the infirmary of the Sisters of St. Joseph Motherhouse, North Bay, following a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Bill Bawks (1993) daughter of Emilia Caicco, Empire Living Centre and the late Eugene Caicco (1991) of North Bay. Cherished mother of Alan (Heather) of Maple, Barbara Ann of Newmarket and James (Alison) of Toronto. Ada is survived by two brothers, John (Yolande) of Toronto and Robert (Louise) of Sault Ste. Marie and sisters, Anita of Barrie, Sister Shirley Caicco of the Sisters of St. Joseph of North Bay, Norma Humphrey (Harry), Gerry Shannon (Terry), Jeannie Spina (Ron) all of Sudbury, Anne Ryan (Terry) of Markham, Noreen MacKinnon (Alexander) of Brampton and brother- in-law, Doug Murdoch (late Patricia 2000) of Barrie. Cherished grandmother of Isabella, Julia and Daniel and great-grandmother of Isaiah. Survived also by many loving nieces and nephews. Ada graduated as a registered nurse from Marymount School of Nursing, Sudbury General Hospital 50 years ago. She was a dedicated nurse having served as a medical nurse in Sudbury, Supervisor at Scarborough General Hospital and more recently as Director of Care at the Scarborough Retirement Centre. Family greeting friends at McGuinty Funeral Home, Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Chapel at St. Joseph's Motherhouse Wednesday, October 25 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow. Interment of cremated remains at Sudbury. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to The Sisters of St. Joseph of Sault Ste. Marie.

Ray Brazeau

BRAZEAU, Ray - Peacefully on Friday October 20th, 2006 at the North Bay General Hospital-Scollard Site. Ray, beloved husband of the late Betty Brazeau, in his 84th year. Loving father of Paulette Roscoe (David), Philip Brazeau (Catherine), Sherry Lynn Woods, and David Brazeau. Proud grandfather of Alana, Nick (Amelia), and Scott Roscoe, Jessica and Adelaide Brazeau, and Jason Woods. Dear brother of Leo Brazeau and Yvette Beauchamp. He will be sadly missed by Dwayne Graves, and his many friends and family. Friends may call at MARTYN FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday October 24th from 1 - 3 p.m. A memorial service will follow in the Chapel at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.

Dear father of Bill O’Brien of Wilkesport, Pat and Bill Davidson, Joan McLay and the late Milt and Mary and Merv McLay all of Wyoming and Jim and Debbie O’Brien of Cobalt. Dear grandfather of Tammy and Pete VanTroost, Jody and Rich Wright, Bill and Amy O’Brien, Will and Leslie Davidson, Steve and Donna McLay, Julie and Jason Reidhead, Sean McLay, Darryl and Shawna McLay, Dan O’Brien, David O’Brien and the late Mark McLay and Devon O’Brien. Also survived by nine great grandchildren. Predeceased by a brother, Harvey O’Brien. Mr. O’Brien served his country during World War 2 with the Royal Canadian Army, serving in Europe from 1942 to 1945. Visitors will be received on Thursday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the WYOMING CHAPEL, Broadway St., Wyoming, where the complete funeral service will be held on Friday, April 15, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. with Mrs. Laurel Pattenden of Lambton Meadowview Villa officiating. Beloved mother of Betty and Hubert Ellenor of Brigden, Bernice and Jim Sheffield of Sarnia, and the late Blanche Kimble (2000) and her husband Ken of Watford. Loved grandmother Kalvin and Jennie Kimble, Susan and Bill Maw, Jeff and Michelle Kimble, Marcia and Steve Lieshman, Michelle and Mark Steadman, Cynthia and Rob Litchfield, Stephanie Sheffield, and thirteen great grandchildren. Will also be missed by her step-mother Viola Fisher of Wyoming, her brothers Pete and Jean Atkinson and Tom and Joanne Atkinson all of Wyoming, and her sisters Betty and Alex Wilkins of Wyoming, Hazel and Ken Harper of Mooretown, Blanche and Keith Blackstock of Petrolia, Shirley and Tom O’Brien, Jean and Patrick Donaghy, and Bev and Ron Clark all of Wyoming. Predeceased by brothers Donald and Harvey Atkinson and sister Dorothy Rand. Beloved wife of the late Murray MacKenzie (1973). Dear mother of the late Warren Angus MacKenzie, the late Marilyn Johnston, Morley and Leone MacKenzie, Angus and Marie MacKenzie, Glenda and the late Glen Bowen, Nancy and the late Keith McPherson, Karen and Ron McIntosh, Laurie and Gary Young and Dan and Margie MacKenzie. Also survived by 21 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, a foster daughter, Audrey and Doug and sisters-in-law, Irene Tobias and Kay Tobias. Predeceased by brothers, Vaughn, Garnet and Orrin and Marg Tobias and sisters, Helen Blackwell and Ida Reid. Floyd Everitt Hannon

In the early morning, on Friday, January 13, 2006, the Lord took Floyd Everitt Hannon, 77 years, of Grand Bend, into his arms. Until recently, Floyd sold real estate in Middlesex and Lambton Counties and had previously, proudly served as an O.P.P. for 12 years in the Lambton and Kent area. Beloved husband of Teresa (nee Kerrigan). Dear father of Robert and Prim Hannon of Jamaica, Beth Anne Gabel and Elwyn McQuillan of Windsor, Juli and George Jongeneel of Parkhill and Christopher and Bonita Hannon of London. Dear grandfather of Brent and Rachel, Danielle, Brent and Jessica, Gage, Tanner and Nathan. Dear great grandfather of Fallon and Madison. Dear brother of Harold and Norma Hannon of Alvinston. Dear son-in-law of James and Margaret Kerrigan and brother-in-law of Marylee and Bob MacDougall, Danny and Phyllis Kerrigan and Jerry Kerrigan. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his sisters Margaret Dunn of Strathroy and Joyce and Rick Copp of Kerwood, and Patricia and Harold Willcocks of Watford, his brother Charlie and Wendy Dunn of Petrolia, and his step-mother Marie Lewis of Sarnia. He was predeceased by his father Gerald Dunn and his mother Marion Dunn (nee Kenny). Allen served in the Canadian Navy for 36 years. He also Volunteer member of the Navy League of Canada for 15 years. Visitors will be received on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the NEEDHAM-JAY FUNERAL HOME, Petrolia. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 28, 2006, at 11:00 am at New Life Assembly Church, Oozloffsky St., Petrolia. Capt. the Rev. Dan Roushorne officiating. Dear sister of Jeanette St. Denis of Mount Forest and the late Helen Donahue, Pearl Moynohan and Verna, Irene, Leo, Alvin, Paul and Archie Clouthier. Also survived by several grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
