Daughter of the late Napoleon and of the late Lucine (née Bélanger) Simoneau. Wife of the late Emile Charest Sr. predeceased in 1981 and the late Adrien Lapointe. Loving mother of Jeanne d'Arc Cuff (late Richard), Rose Johnson (late Claude), Richere Fortin (Pierre), Louis (late Bernadette), Bert (late Gisele) (Lorette), Gisele Clout (Harry), Georgette Charron (late Aurel), Emile jr. (Vivianne) and Roland (Denise). Predeceased by her children Gilles, Lucette Renaud (late Robert), Adrienne, Lucien and Emannuel. Dear sister of Laurette and Armance Couture. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren and families. FELSKY-DEELSTRA, Asher Timothy - Our perfect and most loved baby Asher Timothy Felsky-Deelstra was born August 18, 2006 and died suddenly on October 15, 2006. He is greatly missed by his parents Alexandra Felsky and Tim Deelstra of Sudbury, his grandparents Ann and Gerry Felsky of Sarnia and Lynda and John Deelstra of Exeter, ON, as well as by the rest of his family in Canada, the UK, Holland and the USA. JEAUVEAU, Daniel George - In loving memory of George Daniel Jeauveau, 41 years, who passed away Thursday, October 19th, 2006 at his home. Beloved husband of Jackie Lafleur of Sudbury. Loving father of Danielle and Dustin. Cherished son of Denise and Ernest Marsolais of New Brunswick, predeceased by Henry Jeanveau. Dear brother of Henry (wife Cindy) of Hanmer, Brian (wife Janet) and Jeffery (wife Chantal) both of Sudbury and Crystal (husband Michel) of New Brunswick. Special uncle of Shane, Cheryl, Kevin, Sammy-Jo, Matthew, Casey, Erika, Kyle, Cory and Heaven. Daniel was an active volunteer with First Steps and the Action Centre for Youth. Edith Peach

PEACH, Edith - The family of Edith Peach announces with sorrow her passing on Friday, October 20, 2006 at the Meadowood Manor. Edith lived a full and rewarding life and will be missed by her family and friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband Bill in 1980. She is survived by her sons Arthur (Louise) of Sudbury, Ontario and Donald (JoAnne) of Toronto, Ontario; grandchildren Michael (Tracy), Christopher, Kelly (Chris) Pornaris and Michele (Steve) Coulter; great-grandchildren Daniel, Rachel, Sarah, Samuel and William Jacob. Edith was born in Calder, Saskatchewan and raised in Wynyard. She later moved to Winnipeg in 1928 where she worked as a hostess in the dining room at Eaton's Portage Avenue store. In the summer of 1928, she worked at the Banff Springs Hotel. Later that same year, she married William C. (Bill) Peach and built one of the first homes on Kingston Crescent in St. Vital. Edith and Bill were together for 52 wonderful years and she stayed on in the house following Bill's death for a total of 73 years. In keeping with mother's wishes, a private graveside service will be held at St. Vital cemetery with her ashes being laid to rest beside her dear husband. RENDELL, Frances Evangeline (Roberts) - In loving memory of Frances Evangeline (Roberts) Rendell 94 years who passed away Sunday, October 22nd, 2006 at the Extendicare Falconbridge. Beloved wife of James Rendell predeceased 1987. Loving mother of Rosalie (husband Cyril Schroeder) of Hanmer, Raymond (wife Bernice) of Sturgeon Falls, Maxine (husband Edward Bryant) of Sudbury, Joan (husband Patrick Holunga) of Saskatchewan, Clyde (wife Leslie) of Red Rock, Willma of Burlington, Barbara (husband John Arnold) of Maple Ridge, B.C., predeceased by Shirley Elizabeth. Cherished grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Dear daughter of Stephen and Bertha Roberts both predeceased. Dear sister of Edith Rowsell and Vivian Little both of Corner Brook, Nfld., predeceased by 5 sisters and 2 brothers. Born in Woody Point, Newfoundland, she married James in 1933. She enjoyed knitting and centered her life around the family. Funeral Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent Street, Hazel St. Wednesday, October 25th, 2006 at 1 pm. Lily Maria (nee Leppanen) Sabourin

SABOURIN, Lily Maria (nee Leppanen) - Peacefully Lily passed away on Wednesday, October 18th, 2006 in Toronto at Lakeside Long Term Care. Beloved mother of Paul Sabourin, David Sabourin (Nicola) and Mary Louise Ernst (Dan). Loving grandmother to Lauren, Jordan, Benjamin and Shelby. Survived by sister Helen Ellwood (N.S) and Leo Leppanen (Ont.). Predeceased by Olga & Niilo Leppanen (parents) and Roger Sabourin. Graduate of Orillia's Soldier Memorial Hospital, Lily worked for over 40 years as a registered nurse in the Sudbury area. She spent almost 20 years working as head nurse on nights at Pioneer Manor. An active community member, Lily volunteered for the CNIB, a member of the Ladies of Kaleva and a member of the United Church. Lily loved to read. She saw the goodness in people and always had time to share a smile and a word with others. Lily loved people and life. Those who knew her were touched by her kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the CNIB would be appreciated. A celebration of Lily's life will be held for family and friends, time and venue to be confirmed. She has earned her wings and is now a true angel.

Arthur Wilde

WILDE, Arthur - In loving memory of Arthur Wilde, 85 years of Sudbury, who passed away Sunday, October 22nd, 2006 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - Laurentian Site. He was born in Lithuania and married Stanislava “Stella“ (Vaicimas) in Belgium in 1950. Arthur had worked at the Copper Refinery having 32 years at INCO. He retired in 1983. Beloved husband of Stanislava “Stella“ (Vaicimas) Wilde, predeceased 1998. Loving son of Wilhelm and Rosa (Nehles) Wilde predeceased. Dear brother of Zenta of Germany, Albert Vildis and Otto Wilde both predeceased. Dear brother-in-law of Katharina of Germany and Zita of California. Dear uncle of Elena of Venezuela, Ausa of California, Peter and Eddie Vildis of Sudbury, Julie and Irena of Germany. Sadly missed by caregivers and friends Helen, Arvi and Melissa Liinamaa of Sudbury. Funeral Prayers in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Thursday, October 26th, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. Interment in the Civic cemetery , Sudbury. Jorja Nicole Osborne

Baby Jorja Nicole Osborne March 10, 2006 - October 22, 2006 It is with indescribable heartache that we announce the passing of our beautiful angel, Jorja Nicole Osborne at the tender age of 7 months. On October 22, 2006, at the Timmins and District Hospital with her ever- loving Mommy and Daddy close-by, Jorja suddenly left our sides to be with God. Beloved daughter of Nicholas and Amy Moland-Osborne and dear sister to Maeve Osborne. She is survived by Grandparents, Eric and Carole Moland of Timmins and Christena Osborne and Larry Lucier of Chatham. She is loved by uncles Darryl Moland (Marsha Cann), Michael Hooper, and Jeff Lucier, aunties Lori Lucier and Maureen Hall. She will be deeply and sadly missed by her big cousins Emma and Julia Moland, Ben Hooper, Maddy and Alex Lucier-Hall and Tiffany and Spencer Lucier. She is also survived by GG Marie Moland and great grandfathers John Moland and Rodolphe Normandeau, and many loving great aunties and uncles and 2nd cousins. She is predeceased by her great grand- maman Aline Normandeau and great grandma Genevieve and great grandpa Charlie Osborne. Jorja was a little ray of sunshine who knew how to warm the hearts of those who loved her. She could make any stranger smile, and loved to capture the attention of those around her. She loved her big sister Maeve and her eyes sparkled whenever she was near. She had skin of porcelain and the most beautiful vibrant blue eyes we've ever seen. Jorja loved the outdoors and the fresh air of long evening walks in her stroller or in the snuggli, next to Mommy or Daddy's heart. Even though she is gone, this is where she will remain. A heartfelt thank you to all the caring staff at the Timmins and District Hospital who gave everything they could to try to give Jorja a second chance. Drs. Verbeek, RNs Lise and Chris, Renee and Tarja, Dr. Karen Armstrong, thank you for your continued support. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 27th, 2006 from St- Dominique Church. Cremation will follow. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, visitors are asked to bring a butterfly to remember Jorja by. Remembrance donations can be made to the Cochrane Temiskaming Children's Treatment Centre. CHARETTE, CÉCILE (née Filiatreault) - 1920-2006 - La famille annonce avec tristesse son décès au Foyer des Pionniers, à Hearst, dimanche le 22 octobre 2006 à l'âge de 86 ans. Épouse bien aimée de feu Rosario Charette (1982). Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants Diane Charette (Denis Ringuette) de Hearst, Pierre Charette de St. Catharines, ses petits-enfants, François Robitaille (Mélanie) d'Edmonton, Stéphane Robitaille (Jennifer) d'Edmonton, Chantal Robitaille (Eric Laurin) de Sudbury, une arrière petite enfant Coralie et sa soeur Gabrielle Filiatreault (George Krog) de Montréal. Prédécédée par ses frères Émile, Ulysse, Albert, ses soeurs Gertude Bastien et Thérese Fortier. Les dons fait au Foyer des Pionniers seraient grandement appréciés. John Barry Burch

BURCH, John Barry (P.Eng.) - passed away of Sunday, October 22, 2006 at McMaster Medical Centre, in his 75th year from complications after surgery. Barry was born in Vancouver on October 13, 1932, the only child of the late George (1991) and Violet Burch (1999). Barry graduated from the University of British Columbia as a Chemical Engineer in 1956 and moved to Toronto to work for C.I.L. Paints until 1960. He began work with S.C.Johnson & Son in Brantford on January 1, 1961, retiring from Johnson's in June 1987. Barry leaves to mourn his loss his loving and best friend Mary (Kerr, Thomson) his son David (Sue) of Thorold, daughter Karen of Hamilton, step-daughter Sue Thomson of Brantford and sister-in-law Jacqueline and her husband John Brown of Kitchener. He will be sorely missed by his grandchildren Michael and Matthew Burch, Anjiel, Christian and Tashia Merrill. He will also be missed by his cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and many friends he has made in his church and neighbourhood as well as former neighbours and friends. Predeceased by his first wife Norma (1982) and step-son Jim Thomson (1986). Barry and Mary moved to New Westminster and then Surrey B.C. in 1991. After the death of both his parents they moved back to Ontario, settling in Dunnville. Friends and family will be received at the BALLARD MINOR FUNERAL HOME, 315 Broad St. E., Dunnville on Wednesday from 2:30 - 4:30 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will take place at Wainfleet Brethren In Christ Church (Hwy 3 and Perry Rd., Wainfleet) on Thursday, October 26, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation at the Church from 9:45 - 10:30 a.m. Interment Maple Lawn cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Wainfleet BIC Church Building Fund or Canadian Cancer Society, would be apprecated.

CSORDAS, ELIZABETH MARY Of Welland, peacefully, surrounded by her beloved family, at the NHS-Welland Site on Monday, October 23, 2006, in her 87th year. Cherished wife of the late Steve Csordas. Loving mother of Irene Vetrecin (John) and Roy Csordas (Karen), all of Welland. Loved grandmother of Stephen & Julie Vetrecin, Stacey & Rob Barnett, David & Sheila Vetrecin, Kelly & Brian Bleich and Kevin Csordas and great-grandchildren Kyle & Katelyn Vetrecin, Tyler Barnett and Riley & Connor Bleich. Dear sister of Gaspar Paul (Claudette) of Port Colborne, Helen Bacon (Eddie) of Niagara Falls, Julie Fleming of Port Colborne, Ethel Vetrecin of Welland and Margaret Mullett (Clare) of Burlington. Also predeceased by parents Gaspar & Margaret Paul, brother Johnny Paul and sisters Mary Molnar & Ann Lasovich. Born in Welland, Mrs. Csordas remained a life long resident of the community. She was employed at the Welland County General Hospital on the children's floor and was affectionately known as the juice lady. Her family was her joy in life. Friends are invited to visit the family on Wednesday, October 25th. from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the H. L. CUDNEY FUNERAL HOME, 241 West Main Street, Welland. Father Peter Walton of St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church will conduct the funeral service in the Cudney Chapel on Thursday, October 26th. at 1:00 p.m. with cremation following. Private interment of cremains at a future date. A reception will follow the service at the Polish Hall ( Ontario Road, Welland ). As remembrances of Mrs. Csordas, donations to Central United Church, St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church or a charity of one's choice would be greatly appreciated by the Csordas family.

John Macdonald

MacDONALD, John Kevin (Weasel) of Port Colborne passed away at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Sunday October 22, 2006 at the age of 57 years. Loving son of Teresa MacDonald of Port Colborne, dear brother of Cheryl Rushnell (Ron) of Belleville and Lynn Leblanc (Mike) of Port Colborne. Also survived by 3 nieces, 1 nephew and 3 great nieces. He was predeceased by his father Henry David MacDonald, his brother Keith MacDonald and several uncles and aunts. Cremation has taken place. The MacDonald family will receive visitors at the PORT COLBORNE CHAPEL of the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOMES 135 Clarence St. on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday October 27, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. with Father John Croal officiating. Rite of Committal will follow at Mount St. Joseph cemetery. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
