BEHRENS, Bob - Peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Saturday Oct. 14, 2006 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of the late Jan for 59 years. Loving father of Bob (June), Judie Soltys (Paul) and Larry. Dear grandfather of A.J. and Megan Behrens. Brother of Tom Behrens (Leona) and predeceased by Alfred (late Mandaline), Ella Clayton (late Lavern), Agnes Ross (late Michael), Betty Wilcox, Jackie Atkinson (Bill). Brother-in-law Rolly Lamarche and predeceased by Simone Collins (late Alex), Bill Lamarche (Rita) and Bud Lamarche (Marjorie) of Bend, Oregon. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff at Collegiate Heights Retirement Home for their exceptional care and support. Friends called at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday Oct. 17. Funeral mass was celebrated from Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church on Wednesday Oct. 18. Father Michael Williams officiated. Interment Holy Sepulchre cemetery. At the going down of the sun, And in the morning, We will remember them. Members of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 25 were asked to assembled at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, Oct. 17, for a memorial service for the late Bob Behrens.

Amelia (nee Yardanoff) Biagini

BIAGINI, Amelia (nee Yardanoff) - At Sault Area Hospital (General) on Monday, Oct. 16, 2006 Amelia Biagini in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Alfred Biagini and dear mother of Mary (Lyle) and Tina. Predeceased by her parents, James and Mary Yardanoff and two sisters and three brothers. At Amelia's request a private funeral service took place Wednesday, Oct. 18, at O'Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Ambeault officiated. Cremation followed by interment in the family plot at Holy Sepulchre cemetery.

Norine (Nana) Courtney

COURTNEY, Norine (Nana) - Peacefully, after a courageous battle, surrounded by love and angels on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2006 at the Sault Area Hospital. Norine was one month short of her 91st birthday. Beloved wife of the late Clyde. We said goodbye to the loving mother of Linda Jonasson (Wayne) and Charles Courtney (Carol). Cherished nana of Tracy Gingras (Ray), Kris Jonasson (Tammy), Eric Jonasson (Liz), Sarah Courtney (Matt) and Katie Courtney. She will be sadly missed by her two great grandchildren Sebastien and Courtney. Fondly remembered by her many friends at Horseshoe Bay and the Finnish Resthome (Kotitalo). Sister of Eleanore Castagne (late Alf), late Bart Thibodeau (late Irene), late Fern Thibodeau (Helen), Henry Thibodeau (Eva), Adrienne Steven, Dorina Nanne (Sylvio), Lorraine Weeks (David), John Thibodeau (Mariette) and the late Teresa Thibodeau. Sister-in-law of Yola Bonin (Ray), Daughter of the late Adrian Thibodeau and the late Bernadette Moisan. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Life long friend of Joan Masse. Aline was an extremely selfless individual and the best mother anyone could ask for.Together with our Dad, they provided us with a life time of love and good memories. Brother of Ofelia DeLeonardis (Palmarino), Marie Zanotto (late Germanio) of Italy, late Elodio Dilabio (Venerina of Italy) and late Antonio Dilabio (Carmella of Toronto). Son-in-law of the late Vincenzo and Lucia Sebastiani of Italy. Brother-in-law of Rita DiMenna (Camillo), Angialine DiRenzo (Eugenio), Carmella Palombaro (Vincenzo), Nicoletta DiMenna (Auguilino), and Vireno Sebastiani (Lidia) all of Italy. Special uncle and great uncle to many. Friends called at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, Oct. 17. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Gerard Majella Church on Wednesday, Oct. 18. Rev. George LaPierre officiated, Entombment Holy Sepulchre cemetery.

Kathleen (Kaye) Edith Dimma

DIMMA, Kathleen (Kaye) Edith - Suddenly and peacefully slipped away on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2006. She was the loving wife of the late Bruce Dimma, mother of Roger (Lesley) of Orillia, ON., Ronald (Elaine) and Ginny Robb (Willie) of Sault Ste. Marie. Kaye was blessed with eight grandchildren Geoffrey (Corrine), Darren (Silvia), Jennifer (Albert), Lori, (Johnny), Shelley, Angela, Julianne and Ryan as well as three great grandchildren Trayvaun, Riley and Logan. Dear sister of Vera Matthews (Ellwood). Pre-deceased by her parents Maynard and Ethel McClelland, sisters Minnie Vipond (late Stewart), Betty Barkley (late Warren), and brother John (wife Dorothy). Kaye, at 81 years of age, leaves us with a legacy of humour, wit and kindness. Kaye never created a sad tear during her life. Following cremation in line with Kaye's wishes a private family gathering was held and her ashes placed alongside her husband on the Garden Wall, Greenwood cemetery. In a celebration of Kaye's life the family extended an invitation to friends and family to join them at The Moose Lodge, Monday, Oct. 23.

Beatrice Ethel (nee Dinsmore) Fisher

FISHER, Beatrice Ethel (nee Dinsmore) - Quietly at the General Hospital, following a short illness, surrounded by her family on Oct. 18, 2006 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late John Fisher. Dearest mother of Grant and Gladys Fisher, Sandra and the late Norman Ferguson, Terrie Szczepanik and Bob Bye, Ian Fisher and Kathy Jondreau. Devoted grandmother of Natalie Fisher of Windsor, Ontario, Glen Fisher and Amy Jolicoeur, John and Marnie Fisher, Blythe and Ed Servant, Catherine and Mark O'Donnell of Hamilton, Ontario, Hayley Evon, Brian Szczepanik and Nicole Murray, John and Rachelle Szczepanik all of Windsor, Ontario, Shannon Jondreau of Ottawa, Ontario and Kayleigh Fisher. Great grandmother to many. She is predeceased by her parents Milton and Harriett Dinsmore. Sister of Leslie and the late Irma Dinsmore, Rita and the late Malcolm Phillips, the late Merle and Alice Dinsmore and the late Royce Dinsmore. Sister-in-law of the late James and Ethel Fisher, the late Robert and Edna Fisher, the late Rita and Sandy Carmichael, and the late Catherine Marshall. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Special friend to her Secret Sisters. Friends called at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, Oct. 20. GODIN, Emma (nee Dubreuil) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Emma Godin at Tendercare Nursing Home, on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2006. At the tender age of 94. Beloved wife for 57 years of the late Ralph Godin (pre-deceased in 1994), cherished mother of Carol Grandbois (Gerry) of Moncton N.B., Suzanne Chiasson (David), Bob, Gary (North Bay) and Denis Godin and the late Claudette Particelli of Toronto, Henry Particelli Jr. (Laurie) of Nashville Tenn., Renee Grandbois White (Colin), Jason Grandbois (Sonia) of Halifax, Peter Godin of Thunder Bay, Colin Godin of South Korea and Dan Chiasson. Great Grandmother of Max and Sebastian, Liam and Emma White and Jonah Grandbois. Dear sister of sisters Florette Hawken (Timmins), Paquerette Desgagne (Dubreuilville) and Helene Blais (Sudbury) and her brothers Augustin Dubreuil (Solange) of Montreal and Marcel Dubreuil (Yoldande) of Sault Ste. Marie and the late Nap and Joachim Dubreuil and the late Theresa Roy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends called at O'Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home Monday, Oct. 23. Special Dad to Lee-Ann (Reville) Chapman of Sault Ste. Marie. Dear son of the late Primo and Alice Lorenzi. Brother of Joseph J. Lorenzi of Sudbury and Ida Lloyd (Gordon Hunter). Brother-in-law to the late Peter Lloyd of Sault Ste. Marie. Grandfather of Nikita, Rochelle, Carlita and Nicholas Lorenzi of Saskatoon. Jessy Hamilton of Hamilton and Bernard Bo Lorenzi of Edmonton. Loved and cherished grandfather of Cedar Dewar (Rob), Rainy (Melanie), Chancy (Melissa), Aiyana, Clay, Maya, Quinn, Cole, Hannah, Merrick, Trisha (Rob), Stephanie, Brittany, Jenna, Christopher, Paige and Gavin. Great grandfather of Angus. Dear son of the late Morris Sr. and Beaulah MacWilliam (nee Burton). Predeceased by his sisters June, Noreen and Beaulah.
