LEBLANC, TERRY: At West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in
Grimsby, on Tuesday, March 15, 2005, Joseph Terrence
Glenn LeBlanc of Smithville, in his 56th year. Beloved
husband of Donna LeBlanc (nee Dennis). Loving father of
Terri-Dawn LeBlanc and Bill Purcer, and Greg and Colleen
Myshrall. Cherished grandfather of Bailey, Brandon, Colby,
Fisher and Parker. Terry will also be missed by his
brothers and sisters Linda, Kenny, Robert, Bonnie, Jane
and Judy. Predeceased by his parents Raymond and
Vivian LeBlanc (nee Gallant). Friends called at the Merritt
Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Tuesday,
March 22, 2005 at 9:30 am, with the Memorial Service
beginning at 11 am. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of
flowers, memorial contributions to Help a Child Smile would
be appreciated by the family.

LOUNSBURY, NORA: Peacefully at Joseph Brant
Memorial Hospital, Burlington on Friday, May 27, 2005 in
her 95th year, after a valiant battle with cancer, Nora
Evelyn Lounsbury of Smithville. Beloved wife of the late
Basil Lounsbury (1978). Cherished mother of Wanda
Wilson (Dennis) of Burlington, Gail Nethercut (Colin) of
Burlington and Gary Lounsbury (Shirley) of Fonthill.
Treasured grandmother of Jeremy Wilson (Jennifer) and
Jennifer Wilson-Olma (Rick) of Burlington, and John and
Kathryn of Fonthill. Special great-grandmother of Ben,
Jack and Natalie. Survived by brother Edward Rubel
(Clara) of St. Catharines, sister Irene Alix of Chateaugay,
NY, and sister-in-law Marjorie (Elwood Chase) of Niagara
Falls. Predeceased by her brother Seymour and sisters
Gladys and Dorothy. The memorial service will be led by
Rev. Dale Massender, today, Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at
2 pm at the Smithville United Church, 116 West Street,
Smithville. Inurnment at the church's adjoining cemetery.
Memorial contributions to the charity of your choice would
be appreciated by the family and can be made through
Merritt Funeral Home, Smithville.

LOUNSBURY, NETTIE: With great sadness, the family of
Nettie Elaine Lounsbury of Smithville announces her
passing at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Grimsby, on
Wednesday, November 16, 2005, in her 81st year. Nettie
was the beloved wife of Victor (Vic) Orland Lounsbury and
they had celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on
October 6th of this year. Loving mother of June and
Harold Beamer, Barb and Gary DeGrow and Marilyn and
Benny D'Alessio. Cherished by her grandchildren Doug
Beamer, Chris and Tammy Beamer, Brad Beamer, Lindsay
DeGrow, Laura DeGrow, Jaime D'Alessio and Carly
D'Alessio. Dear sister of Rita Tice, Roy (Mary) Davis,
Erma Lounsbury, Dorothy (Ralph) Hewins, Betty Crook
(and Bill), Bernice (Dave) Krick, Harold (Gail) Davis, Ross
(Marilyn) Davis, Raymond (Alice) Davis, Joyce Rose
(Starr), and sister-in-law Winnie Davis. Predeceased by
her brother Harry Davis and brothers-in-law Glen Tice and
Wray Lounsbury. Nettie will also be missed by her many
nieces and nephews. The funeral service, led by Rev.
Dale Massender, was held on Saturday, November 19,
2005 at Smithville United Church, 116 West Street
(Regional Road/Highway 20) at 1:30 pm. Eunice Lung
was the organist, and Ed Carter-Edwards was the soloist.
Daughters June, Barb and Marilyn read a poem. Interment
at Smithville United Church cemetery. Pallbearers were
Doug, Chris and Brad Beamer, Tom Packham, Clifford
Travis and Jason Allen. Memorial contributions to the
West Lincoln Memorial Auxiliary, Smithville United Church
or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be
appreciated by the family and can be made through the
funeral home.

LOUNSBURY, VICTOR: With great sadness, the family of
Victor (Vic) Orland Lounsbury of Smithville announces his
passing at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Grimsby, on
Monday, December 12, 2005, in his 87th year. After
celebrating 60 years of marriage October 6th of this year,
his beloved wife Nettie (nee Davis) passed away November
16, 2005. Vic was the loving father of June and Harold
Beamer, Barb and Gary DeGrow and Marilyn and Benny
D'Alessio. Cherished by his grandchildren Doug Beamer,
Chris and Tammy Beamer, Brad Beamer, Lindsay DeGrow,
Laura DeGrow, Jaime D'Alessio and Carly D'Alessio. Dear
brother of Margaret Krick, Keith and Marion Lounsbury and
brother-in-law of Erma Lounsbury. Vic will also be missed
by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his
brother Wray Lounsbury, sister Roma Cryderman and her
husband Allan, and brother-in-law Roy Krick. The funeral
service was held Friday, December 16, 2005 at 11 am at
Smithville United Church with Rev. Dale Massender
officiating. His daughters June, Barb and Marilyn read the
poem "Christmas in Heaven" and son-in-law Gary spoke of
family memories. Eunice Lung was the organist.
Pallbearers were Doug, Chris and Brad Beamer, Tom
Packham, Clifford Travis, Jason Allen and Larry Johnson
with the interment at the church's adjoining cemetery.
Memorial contributions to the West Lincoln Memorial
Auxiliary, Smithville United Church or the Canadian
Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.

McCREADY, MABEL: Suddenly, at Haldimand War
Memorial Hospital in Dunnville on Thursday, September 21,
2005, Mabel Mary McCready of Dunnville and previously
of Caistor Township in her 83rd year. Dear sister of Frank
McCready Sr., Annie (Lilly) Ryckman, Lloyd (and Doreen)
McCready, and Irene McCready. Loving aunt to many
nieces and nephews. Mabel was predeceased by her
husband Clifford McCreadie, brother Art McCready and
sister Ina Griffin. The funeral service was held on
Saturday, September 24, 2005 at 11 am at Merritt Funeral
Home in Smithville with Rev. John Knoll officiating. Ruth
Griffin was the organist. Interment Merritts United Church
cemetery . Memorial contributions to Merritts United
Church would be appreciated by the family and can be
made through the funeral home.

McHUGH, AGNES: At West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in
Grimsby, on Tuesday, December 13, 2005, Agnes Graham
McHugh (nee Nethery) of Smithville in her 80th year.
Beloved wife of the late James Patrick McHugh (1998).
Loving mother of Frank, Jim (Cathy) and Mike (Vicci).
Cherished grandmother of Melissa (Clint), Christine, Daryl,
Mike Jr. (Danielle), Peter and Rebecca. Agnes will also be
missed by her dog Lil "P". The funeral service was held on
Saturday, December 17, 2005 at 11 am at Merritt Funeral
Home in Smithville with Rev. Dale Massender officiating.
Granddaughter Melissa spoke of memories of her
grandmother. Cremation followed. Memorial contributions
to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated
by the family and can be made through the funeral home.

McINTYRE, ELIZABETH: Peacefully, at Albright Manor in
Beamsville on Saturday, September 10, 2005, Elizabeth
Sarah McIntyre of Smithville in her 90th year. Elizabeth
was the co-proprietor of McIntyre Meats for many years.
She is survived by her nephews Jack and his wife Sandra,
and Lorne, as well as several great nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by brothers Earl, Rupert and Jack and sisters
Donna and Jean. Friends called at Merritt Funeral Home,
287 Station Street, Smithville on Wednesday, September
14, 2005 beginning at 10 am. The funeral service followed
at 11 am. Interment Smithville United Church cemetery.
Special thanks to the 4th Floor Nursing Staff of Albright
Manor for their kindness shown to Elizabeth and the
support offered to the family. Memorial contributions to the
Canadian Cancer Society or Smithville United Church
would be appreciated by the family and can be made
through the funeral home.
