Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A funeral mass was held in Celina Tennessee on Monday April 23rd followed by cremation. Interment will be at St. Mary's cemetery , Kignston at a later date.

Laurence is predeceased by his parents Michel and Albina (née Rheault) Gadoury. He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his spouse Shirley Neldon of Kirkland Lake; sister-in-law Shelby Smith (Gerry Rodgers); his beloved children Jeannette and Philip Gadoury; stepchildren John (spouse Maria) Klawitter of Scarborough, Floyd (spouse Theresa) Klawitter of Atlanta, Georgia, Larry (spouse Lisa) Klawitter of Houston, Texas, Cliff (spouse Jane) Klawitter of Venice, Florida and Carl (spouse Dawn) Klawitter of Atlanta, Georgia; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn his brothers Gerald (spouse Marlene) Gadoury of Burlington, Don Gadoury of Kirkland Lake, Bert (spouse Cecile) of Timmins; nieces and nephews Jocelyne, Shawn, Ryan, Lionel and Sandra. Laurence was born and raised in Ramore then relocated to Kirkland Lake where he began his employment with Heath & Sherwood for 41 years. He enjoyed playing slowpitch ball for Heath & Sherwood, curling and watching the Legion '87's hockey. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held on May 15, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the St- Laurent cemetery in Ramore. Eva Gibson
GIBSON, Eva Gertrude (nee Saunders)- was born March 1, 1923 in Charlton, Ontario. She was the daughter of Francis & Charles Saunders. She passed away peacefully at the home of her eldest daughter Cheryl's in Nakusp B.C. on the early morning of January 13, 2007. Eva grew up in Charlton, Ontario, married her husband Johnny July 3, 1941. They moved to King Kirkland where she lived until she moved to Nakusp B.C. Jan. 2006. Eva was predeceased by her husband John on July 11, 2002 and by sons Morley and Dwight, grandson Travis Weisflock, son-in-law Ira Geddes, sisters Verna Bain, Edith Gibson, Violet Scott and brother Howard Saunders. Eva will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by daughters Cheryl (Harvey) Truax of Nakusp, B.C., Vanessa Geddes of King Kirkland, Merina (Don) Weisflock of Kirkland Lake, and son Jimmy (Sirpa) Gibson of Kirkland Lake. Grandchildren Vickey (Scott) Mcleod, of Alberta, Cheryl (Kevin) Black, Tweyla (Jason) Simpson, Harvey (Jen) Truax of B.C. Grant (Bobbi Jo) Geddes of King Kirkland, Kyle (Laura) Geddes of King Kirkland, Jamie, Graham and Johnny Gibson of Kirkland Lake, and 14 great grandchildren. Eva also leaves behind sisters Evelyn Lyons, June Hanson, brothers Jim Saunders and Glen Saunders and many nieces and nephews. Eva was a member of the Encore Club in Kirkland Lake since 1984. She enjoyed playing bridge and crib and also did many hours of volunteering. She was bookkeeper for 14 years for the Road Commission in King Kirkland. When the King Kirkland School was in operation, she was janitor for a few years. In loving memory of Eva, a celebration of her life will be held at the Encore Club on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. David Naylor officiating. Eva will be laid to rest with her husband and two sons at the Kirkland Lake cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation (P.O. Affectionately known as “Dee“, she is survived by her daughters-in-law Cathy Plewes of Oakville, Ontario and Donna Plewes of Edmond, Oklahoma; step-daughters Marilyn Holmstrom, Nancy Ward and Joanne Myers; grandchildren John, Kimberley, Amanda and Derek; nephews John Plewes of Naples, Florida and Don Plewes of Toronto, Ontario; niece Pam Schmidt of Napanee, Ontario. She was predeceased by her husbands Dr. Campbell Plewes and Dr. James Eversole; her sons James Plewes and Dr. John Plewes and her daughter Mary Plewes; her sister Doris Hardy and her brother James Hawkins. Her courage in the face of so many losses and declining health, her sense of humour and love for her family will be treasured by all who knew her.
