HULL, Donald John (Lump) 1952-2008 - It is with profound sadness that the family of Donald Hull announces his passing on Tuesday, February 5, 2008, eight months after being diagnosed with a brain tumor.
He was a devoted and much loved husband of Phyllis (MacKenzie) for 29 years.
His two sons, MacKenzie and Harrison will miss him desperately as will his daughter-in-law Kim.
Donald leaves behind his loving mother Jean Hull, sister Sandra Showalter (Clarence) and brother-in-law David MacKenzie.
Donald was predeceased by his father John H. Hull (2005) and mother-in- law Janet MacKenzie (2005).
Donald was a graduate of Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School and the University of Western Ontario.
After attending Althouse College in London, Donald began his teaching career with the Halton District School Board retiring in 2005.
His passion was golf but he loved to ski and travel as well.
His friends were very important to him throughout his life and especially during his illness.
He will be remembered for his sense of humor and good nature that were both evident every single day.
The family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines, on Saturday, February 9th from 7-9 pm. and Sunday, February 10th from 2-4 pm. and 7- 9 pm.
A celebration of Donald's life will take place at St. Paul St. United Church on Monday, February 11th at 11 am. with visiting at the church one hour prior to service.
Interment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Fonthill.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Niagara or the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation.
Robert John (Bob) Johnson
JOHNSON, Robert John (Bob) - Peacefully at the General Hospital in St. Catharines in his 54th year.
Bob leaves behind his loving daughter Rachel Johnson. Son of Gord Johnson & the late Arlene Johnson.
Best friend and brother to Gord (Maureen), Dennis (Laurie), Eric, Joanne Kusch (Don) and Jill Van Ryssel (John).
Beloved uncle to Tammy, Andy, Cheryl, Denise, Matt, Shelby, Scott, Erin and Kayleigh.
Bob was predeceased by his niece, Karen Smith and is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins in Hamilton.
A long time employee of the Region of Niagara, Bob loved cottage life and his feisty cat Toozy.
Cremation has taken place.
Friends are welcome to share memories of Bob at a celebration of his life at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 350, 57 Lakeport, Pt. Dalhousie, Ontario on Saturday February 9th from 1-6 p.m.

Bruce was a Queen Scout, grad of Mohawk College (HIT), second-generation farmer and 26 yr Thorold/Pelham Volunteer Firefighter.
Gracious family thanks to the doctors, nurses, spiritual care and staff at the St. Catharines General Trauma Unit and ICU.
Bruce is at the NIAGARA ST. CHAPEL of BUTLER FUNERAL HOME, 424 Niagara St. (south of Scott) where the family will receive friends on Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held at Bethany Community Church, 1388 Third St., on Monday, February 11, 2008 at 11:00 a.m.
Private interment will take place at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.

Emmanuel retired from Inco as a hoistman, at the age of 63 and moved to Sturgeon Falls.
In Sturgeon Falls he belonged to the Legion, and was an avid bowler and participated in many golden age events.
He had strong work ethics and also enjoyed working part-time as a bricklayer.
Thank you to the dedicated staff in Pine at Pioneer Manor and to Dr. Jacques for the care of our father since his admission in 2000.

Born in North Bay, he married Fleurette in 1942.
George worked in sales for over 50 years, at 20th Century Theatres, Mid Canada Radio and for 10 years as the sales manager at the Sudbury Star, retiring in 1992.
He was a man of great faith who worked hard for the Roman Catholic Church, Catholic Charities, mass for Shut Ins, Legion of Mary and was a proud 4th Degree Knights of Columbus.
George was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 76, Sudbury.
George was always active in his community, a founding member of the Sudbury and District Kennel Club, Sudbury and District SPCA, founding President of the Sudbury Chapter Experimental Aircraft Association and a founding Board Member of the Sudbury Food Bank.
