Beloved husband of 40 years and best friend of Mary (nee Morris), loving father of Shani (Ross Spooner), Kristoffer, and Jody(Carrie-Ann). Loving Poppa “J Bird” to Danika, Eryn, Sam, Jack and Bridget. Dear brother to Doug (Helen) and Bill ( Sandy). He will be sadly missed by the Morris family and many relatives and friends. Richard will be remembered for his contribution to the community of Stittsville, particularly minor hockey and fastball. Catherine was a long-time participant in the Engineers Wives Association, St. George's Ladies bowling league, and informal bridge groups with friends in Ottawa.
