At Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Tuesday, February 13th, 2001, Isaac (Slim) Seaward (Founder of Automatic Construction Co.) Beloved husband of Shirley. Dear father of Stephen and Marion, Ken and Debbie, Norm and Sharon, Ross and Lori, Bill and Sara. Loving grandfather of Isaac, Emily, Jessica, Matthew, James, Jill, Nicole, Stephanie and Rachael. Dear brother of Herb and Marg, Shirl and Pearl, Lem and Doris, Ralph and Aida, Austin and Val, Joyce and Bob, Gerald and Linda and Pearl and the late Doug. A Private Family Service will take place at THE NORTUCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N., Bowmanville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael's Hospital Defibrillator Clinic. Friends are invited to a Celebration of Isaac's life and Memorial Gathering at The Wilmot Creek Wheelhouse 1 p.m. Friday.

Peacefully at home on Tuesday February 13th 2001. Darlene, at the age of 49. Beloved wife of Ben. Loving Mother of Amalie, Christopher, Nicholas, and Bernardus. Dear Sister of Carmel, Lonna, Rick, Joseph, Paul, and Howard. Darlene will be fondly remembered by her 5 grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her many friends and family. passed away at Lakeridge Health in Port Perry on Monday, February 12, 2001, in his 86th year. Jim Davidson beloved husband of Eleanor Davidson of Port Perry. Loving father of Barb and her husband Ron McIntyre of Prince Albert and Bill and Twyla of Port Perry. Dear grandfather of Mike (Sheri), Brian (Kathy), Tracy (Dwayne), Rob, Karley, Dayna, Brennan, Brittany, Sharon, Shelley and predeceased by Steven and great grandfather of Ashley, Bob and Mitchel. At the request of Mr. Davidson, no funeral service will be held. Cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Dear grandfather of Kasey and Justin Shinn, Jeremy, Joshua, Cole and Emily Hartin, and Cody and Chantal Chislett. Peacefully at his home in Whitby on Monday, February 12th, 2001 following a brief illness. Dearly beloved husband of Jean Farquharson-Hogbin. Dear father of John (Elizabeth) and Susan. Loving stepfather of Paul, Jamie (Debbie). Denise (Scott) and Joanne (Tim). A wonderful “Papa” and “Grandpa Jack” to Todd, Crystal, Jane, Donna, Dana, Katie, David, Annie, Michael and Thomas. Survived by his brother Leslie of England. Special aunt of Kelly Dutrizac and his wife Dianna, Janine and her husband Lionel Dearling, Janet and her husband Willem Willemsen, Randy Orr and his wife Ann Mazur, and the late Dale Dutrizac, Sister in law of Anne Orr, Great aunt of Danielle, Jeremy, Natasha, Brinley, Kyle, Brent, Laurie, Scott, Allison, Patrick, and Sabastian, and great great aunt to Noah. A memorial service will take place at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa (905-433-4711) on Friday February 16th at 1 pm. with visiting from 12 noon.
