At Lakeridge Health, Port Perry, with her family by her side, on Sunday February 11, 2001 in her 55th year. Loving mother of Betsy and her husband Don, Ryan and his wife Robin and Todd and his wife Kimberley. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Tyler, Brandon, Alexandra, Justin and Taylor. Patricia will be sadly missed by her dear friends, Rosemary and Leslie Clark, Mandy and Margaret. A special thank you to the V.O.N., especially Lorraine, Leo and Myrna, the Palliative Care at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, nurses Joanie and Kim at Lakeridge Health Port Perry, and the Monery and Hutcheon families. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with funeral service in the Chapel on Tuesday February 13, 2001 at 1 p.m. Cremation. W.W.II Veteran, Member of R.C.L. BR. 322, Ajax. Peacefully at the Ajax and Pickering Health Centre on Sunday, February 11, 2001 in his 79th year. Joe, loving husband of 55 years to Margaret. Father of Raymond and his wife Jane and Sylvia. Grandfather of Michael and Jennifer. Survived by sisters Eileen and Vera, both of England. Brother-in-law of Frances and her husband Fred Smith, Barbara and her husband Mick Bell of England, and John Atterbury of England. The family will receive friends at the MCEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax (Pickering Village) 905-428-8488 from 1 to 2 pm Tuesday, February 13, 2001. Loving mother of Annette Nugent and her husband Doug of Newcastle, Donna Bannister and her husband Brian of Bowmanville and Barry Rowe of Bowmanville. Loved grandmother of Jenna and Julia. Dear daughter of Myrtle Alldred of Newcastle and the late Robin Alldred. Lovingly remembered by her brother Bruce Alldred and his companion Joan Hukezalie and nieces Robyn and Erin of Bowmanville. Predeceased by her parents Mary Ann (nee Ellis) and Alfred Payne & also by her brothers Frank and Herbert Payne. A family service will take place at THE NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N., Bowmanville on Thursday at 11 a.m. in our Chapel. At Phyllis's request there will be no visitation period & cremation will follow the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Canadian Lung Association.

It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Irene Rose Lizotte on February 10, 2001 at the Kingston General Hospital. Irene is survived by her loving daughter of Chris and her husband Bill Cook, her most loved grandson Kevin, brother Roy and sisters Rita and Audrey. She was predeceased by her husband Pete (Leonard), brother Ed and sister Bess. Irene loved her family, friends and laughter. She was a former member of the Pickering Lawn Bowling Association and was retired from the Delta Bingo Hall, Pickering. In celebration of Irene's life friends and family will be welcomed at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax (Pickering Village) 905-428-8488, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 2001.
