Peacefully, at the Lakeridge Health Centre, Oshawa, on Monday, June 11, 2001. Beloved husband of Alma and the late Annmarie. Loving father of Wayne, Lynda and her husband Harold Mueller, Paul and his wife Joy and Glenn and his wife Dianne. Step father of Marjorie and her husband Du Ho Tang, and Wayne and his wife Irene Knapp. Lovingly remembered by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral Service in the Chapel of the McEahnie Funera Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax on Thursday, June 14, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. Should family and friends so desire, donations to the Charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.

Dear mother of Lyle and his wife Marilyn of Oshawa, Barry and his wife Ruth of Sharon, Ont., Mel of Whitby, and Maurice and his wife Cheryl of Edmonton, AB. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Colin, Laurie, Derrick, Sharlene and her husband Jason, Carl, Julie, Jillian, Chad and Marsha. Dear sister of Herb Noland of Manitoulin Island, Rhoda Carson, Bernice Carson, both of Earlton, Ont., and predeceased by Harry and Roy Noland. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the McINTOSH-ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME Ltd., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, June 16, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. Interment MOUNT LAWN MEMORIAL GARDENS, Whitby. "Poppy", proud veteran of the Canadian Merchant Navy, passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday, June 10, 2001, in his 75th year. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nora Kathleen "Nonie", and his children Jeff and Janice, Jamie, Patti and Steve, Kathi and Ray and Karen. Cherished grandfather of Melissa and Mat, Stephen, Anthony, Azyia and Tianna. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday June 13 at 3:30 P.M. at Accettone Funeral Home 384 Finley Ave., Ajax.

Sister-in-law of Peter Fulda, Margrid Legg and her husband Steve and the late Bernhard Fulda and Robert Seguin.
Loving aunt of Nathalie, Ian, Simon, Dominic, Frederick, Jordan, Ryan, Aaron and the late Claudie. (Squadron Leader ret.) of Wilmot Creek, Newcastle, ON, died suddenly on Sunday, June 10, 2001 at Fosterbrook Nursing Home. He was much loved by his wife of 57 years Mary, his children Marni Stephens, Tisha Robinson, Liz Moore and their husbands, his son Captain Gary Hunt (deceased), his grandchildren Christine, Samantha, Bill, Kathryn, Jacqui, Jesse, Emily, Sam and his sister Joie Parsons. A Memorial Service will be held at TRINITY UNITED CHURCH, Bowmanville at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 14. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Bowmanville Hospital. Arrangements entrusted to The Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, 53 Division St. N., Bowmanville.

Dear mother of Linda and her husband Ernie (Tiny) Cleland, Isabel and her husband Stan Beer, Alan and his wife Barb. Cherished "Nana" of Debbie, Todd, Sheri, Stephanie, Jeff, Austin and Evan. Dear "Mama" of Alexander, Hayley, Jeffrey and MacKenzie. Survived by her sister Gladys Henderson and by her brother Bill and his wife Pat. She will be sadly missed by her "Little Macy". A special thanks to all the wonderful staff at the Oshawa Hospital, 4 Main, for all their care and support. passed away peacefully at Parkview Home, Stouffville, in her 93rd year, on Saturday, June 9th, 2001. Predeceased by her husband James Rice and grandson Duncan Newlands. Lovingly remembered by Beverley and her husband Doug Newlands, Donalda and her husband Bob Abbot. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Gordon, Christine, Richard, Caren, Michelle, Jody and six great grandchildren and the Gibbons nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 7th, 2001 from the Low & Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge, 23 Main Street South at 12:30 p.m. Visitation, one half hour prior to service time.
