Suddenly after a courageous battle with cancer, Karen at the age of 59 passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family. Daughter of Orville and Vivian Myers. Beloved wife of Cohn. Loving mother of Sandy, Albert, Judith Knipe, Gary and Brian Smith and predeceased by son David. Sadly missed by brother Ronald and his wife Suzanne, sister Sandra and her husband Malcolm, sister Cathy and her husband Bob and her brother Brian and his wife Nora. Lovingly remembered by grandchildren Stephen, Jennifer, Michelle, Jade-Cody, Troy, Sabrina, Bruce, Dustan and Ashley. Karen was a long time employee of Chrysler and was a supporting member of the Loyal Order at Moose Lodge. At Lakeridge Hospital Oshawa with his family at his side. The family mourns the passing of Frank Mack Smith, in his 87th year, on Thursday July 5th, 2001. Frank is survived by his wife of 60 years Myra, and was the proud father of two sons Munro and Ian and their wives Beryl and Helen. Loving Grandfather of Adam and Keri. Favorite uncle of many nieces and nephews. Loved by sisters and brothers in law. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Frank is predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.
