Loving sister of Pauline of Oshawa, Gilbert of London, U.K. and Annette of Capetown, South Africa. Predeceased by her parents Henry and Esther and her one brother Ralph (Canada). Cynthia was born in Capetown, South Africa on November 4th, 1921 and emigrated to Canada in 1966. She will be lovingly remembered for her great love of music, her lifelong career of teaching young children, her deep appreciation of nature and her compassion and caring of others. She was a devout and proud Christian in the Anglican Church. A Solemn Requiem Eucharist will be held at St George's Memorial Anglican Church (Bagot and Center Streets, Oshawa) on Friday, January 18th at 1:30 PM. Cremation to follow.
