Mrs Avery attended Raglan and Chalk Lake Public Schools and Port Perry High School. During World War II Mrs Avery was employed as inspector for the United Kingdom and Canada and later employed by T. Eaton Company and long time member of St. Mark's United Church singing choir and also sang with the Jubilee Choir. Survived by many cousins.
