JOHNSON, Kevin Joseph
Age 70, passed away Sunday, October 12th, 2008 peacefully at his home in Lagoon City with his wife Diana (nee Verrian) at his side after a battle with lung cancer. Kevin will be greatly missed by his children Cliff, Nick and his wife Anne (Stewart), Jeff, all of Newmarket, Karen and her husband Paul (Sweeney) of Markham, his grandchildren Suzanne, Jake, John, Kayla and Daniel, his sister Maureen Watts and partner Clive of England. Also mourned by former wife Dawn Johnson (nee Santon) of Newmarket. Kevin was a successful businessman, the owner of Momentum in Newmarket since 1974. Kevin wished that his remains were donated to science at the University of Toronto. There will be a celebration of life at a later date. We would like to thank all family and friends for their support in this difficult time.
ENGLISH, Bruce
After a brief battle with cancer, Bruce passed away on Monday, October 20, 2008 in his 80th year. He will be lovingly remembered by his nephews, niece, great nephews and great nieces. Bruce was predeceased by his parents John and Ruth English and his sister Audrey Kerr. Funeral service will be held at Grace Anglican Church, 19 Parkway Avenue, Markham on Thursday October 23, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment at Mt. Pleasant cemetery.

Joy and sadness flood our hearts in the passing of Stephenie Khoury at the age of 85. Aunt, sister, and friend she will be deeply missed. She touched people's lives with her warm acceptance, forgiveness and generosity. Special thanks to the people of Markham Missionary Church for your friendship, love and care for Stephenie. Special thanks to Marilyn Flowers, church librarian; Stephenie's heart received the message of Christ in a unique way through the many fiction novels created by authors with a Christian viewpoint. Stephenie said, "I have found peace through these stories." A special thank you to Anna and Don Jennings, Edith McQuarrie, Sylvia Campbell, Bob and Pam Clements, Robert and Brenda Young, Catalin and Daniela Moraru, Linda Speers and many others who reached out to her through visits, phone calls and friendship. Loving mother of Graham (Faye) Rush of Houston Tx., and Denise Johnson of Holland Landing. Cherished grand- mother of Jerusha (Jason Sorrento), and Nicholas Johnson, Piers Johnson and Lara Johnson, Great Grandmother to Aurora Johnson. She will be sadly missed by many friends and relatives, and especially by her cat Simba. Creation has taken place. Peacefully, after a short illness at Southlake Regional Health Centre, on October 17, 2008 at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband of Mary Louise (Danbrook) of Keswick. Loved father of Suzanne (Fred) and Rick (Maureen) and stepfather to Sheena (Rich). Dear "Poppa-corn" to 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Brother to Barry (Sybil). Predeceased by his parents Daisy and Reginald, and his brothers, Gordon and Larry. Ray will be greatly missed by many brother- and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. An open house gathering will be held on Sunday, October 26, 2008 from 2 to 4 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 4:00 p.m. at the Georgina Ice Palace Community Hall, Keswick. passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Corp. Bowmanville on Saturday July 31, 2004, at the age of 84. Eunice was one of the 18 children born to her (predeceased) parents James Furlotte and Edith (Gallon) Furlotte in Jacquet River, New Brunswick. Eunice is predeceased by her loving children Evan Albert and Mary Grearson. She will be sadly missed by her surviving children William and his wife Betty, Rita and her husband Eric, Fred and his wife Manny, and Juanita and her husband Tom. Eunice is survived by one sister Cassie Fullarton of Frederickton, New Brunswick. She is predeceased by her six sisters Laura, Florence, Alice, Patricia, Lillian, and Edith, and also by her ten brothers Edward, Edwin, Hubert, Ernest, Andrew, Alfred, Stewart, Eugene, John and James Furlotte. Loving grandmother of 16 grandchildren, Tammy, Steven, Bryan, William, Barbara, Karen, Heather, Helene, Frederick, Dwayne, Roland, Wanda, Tracy, Dawn, Joseph, and Monica, and is predeceased by her grandson Allan. Eunice was also blessed with 24 great grandchildren Nealy, Quinton, Mason, Emma, Liam, Bradley, Tarah, Micheal, Adam, Jessica, Taylor, David, Natasha, Joshua, Kaitlyn, Mathew, Taryn, Robyn, Justin, Cody, Tierra, Christopher (predeceased), Selena, and Jacob. Eunice will be fondly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Resting at THE ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with funeral service in the Chapel on Wednesday August 4th at 11:00 a.m. Visitation Tuesday August 3rd, from 6 - 9 p.m. Cremation. ELLINS, Robert Lloyd (Bob) -
passed away peacefully in his 75th year at Port Perry Hospital on Saturday, July 31st, 2004, after a brief but tough struggle against a number of problems. Bob's passing leaves a great hole in the life of his loving sister Eleanor. He will be greatly missed by many cousins, especially Bruce Ewart, his constant cohort of school days, and by good friends, most notably his sidekick of later years, Ed Iglar. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
