DePALMA, Maria Constantina -
Peacefully with her family by her side at Lakeridge Health Corp.-Whitby on Wednesday July 14th, 2004, aged 73 years. Beloved wife of the late Vito DePalma. Loving mother of Carmela Camposeo (Peter), Enza Rossini (Frank), Paula Coulas (Mike). Amazing nonna of Anthony (Anna), Isabella, Vito, Nick, Vito, Caterina, Andrew, Maria, Matthew-Vito and bis nonna of Piero. Dear sister of Peter (Anna), Frank (Anna, predeceased), Vince (Antoinette). Predeceased by her sisters Prudenza and Nunziata. Survived by her brother in law Giuseppe. Special thanks to the caring staff of Lakeridge Health Corp.-Whitby for their exceptional care of our mother. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East with Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the People Roman Catholic Church on Saturday July 17th, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment Resurrection cemetery. Prayers in the Chapel Friday evening. Donations to the Liver Foundation or Parkinson Society would be appreciated. Visitation 7-9 pm. Thursday and 7-9 pm. Friday.

FOWLER, Anna (nee Weber) -
On Wednesday, July 14, 2004, at Lakeridge Health, Oshawa, late of Whitby, Ontario. Beloved wife and best friend of 42 years to Guy Fowler. Loving mother to Bill Fowler of Grafton and Linda Fowler of Essex. Bestest Omi in the world to Lyzette, Dustin, and Shyanne Fowler. Anna will be remembered for her generous and loving nature and will be sadly missed by family and friends. No funeral service to be held at this time; instead, a Private Memorial Service Celebrating Anna s Life will be held in Grafton in the near future. A donation may be made in her memory to A Life Worth Living, Canadian Diabetes Association, or the Kidney Foundation of Canada, through NEWCASTLE FUNERAL HOME 1-877-987-3964, with whom arrangements have been entrusted.

Loving mother of William and Patti, Michael, Richard and Patricia, and Lori and Daniel Howie. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Kenny and Kara James, Dan and Nicole Martin. Remembered by her mother-in-law Muriel James. Predeceased by sister Dorothy Fox and brother Doug Monroe. Life partner of Leonard Stevens. KERR, Marjorie Louise -
passed away peacefully, at Hillsdale Estates, on Wednesday, July 14, 2004. Born January 8, 1912 in Myrtle, Ontario to the late John and Ella Beamish. She was the eldest of six children. married June 25, 1936 to Joseph Alexander Kerr, who died on December 19, 1975. She is survived by her loving daughter Janet Edmondson and son-in-law Paul of Oshawa. Dearly missed by her grandchildren, Teri Van dreumel (Dave) of Fraserville, Ontario, Lori Maxwell (Jim) and Mark Edmondson (Sarah), all of Oshawa. Also sadly missed by her great-grandchildren, Melissa and Michael Van dreumel and Sarah Maxwell. Predeceased by her stepmother Irene, three brothers, Harold, Frank and Bill Beamish and her sister June Watson. Survived by her sister Mary Tomlinson and sister-in-law Norma Beamish. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. One of the founding members of Knox Presbyterian Church, Marjorie sang for many years in the choir and was a member of the the Women's Missionary Society. An avid music teacher for 60 years and served on the Provincial Council of the Ontario Registered Music Teachers Association (O.R.M.T.A), Marjorie travelled extensively and loved life. Also a member of the Oshawa Lawn Bowling Club for many years. Relatives and friends will be received at the McINTOSH-ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A service will be held at KNOX PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 147 Simcoe St. N., Oshawa on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. with interment in Oshawa Union cemetery at 1:30 p.m. Donations made in memory of Marjorie to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Special thank you to the Hillsdale Estates 4th Floor (Honey Harbour Wing) staff for their kindness and compassionate care.
