GAUWEILER, Erwin -
(Member of the German Club Loreley Rifle Association).
At Lakeridge Health Corp. Oshawa, after a battle against cancer, on Thursday, August 5, 2004. Erwin - dearly beloved husband and best friend of Elfriede for 45 years. Survived by brothers Karl and his wife Elfriede P. Gauweiller of Oshawa, Werner and his wife Brigitte Gauweiller of Germany, and sister Klara and her husband Ivan Bergant of Pickering. Predeceased by Ruth McArthur of the United States. Remembered by nieces and nephews and extended family in Canada, United States and Germany, and will be missed by many close friends in Oshawa. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at McINTOSH-ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King St. E, Oshawa on Monday, August 9 from 12 noon until time of service at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Interment Thornton cemetery. Donations made in memory of Erwin to Lakeridge Health Corp. Oshawa - Cancer Centre or Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family.

Peacefully, surrounded by her family on Thursday August 5th, 2004 at Lakeridge Health Corporation Oshawa. Bronislawa Kazimierczuk in her 81st year. Beloved wife of Franciszek (Frank) Kazimierczuk. Loving mother of Helen, Richard and his wife Joanne and Sophie. Predeceased by her son Stanley. Dear grandmother of Douglas and Matthew. Loving great grandmother of Jade. Resting at the COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1587 Highway #2, Courtice L1E 2R7 905-432-8484 (4th set of traffic lights east of Townline Road) with Funeral Service in our Chapel on Tuesday August 10th, 2004, please call to confirm the time of service. The family of Bronislawa will receive friends on Sunday August 8th, 2004 from 12-4 PM and Monday August 9th, 2004 from 12-4 PM. Interment at Union cemetery in Oshawa.

At Extendicare Nursing Home, Port Hope on Thursday August 5, 2004. Mary Kicinko in her 84th year, beloved wife of the late John Kicinko. Dear mother of the late Andrew Kicinko and the late John Kicinko. Dear sister of Frank Hruska. Dear mother in law of Joan Gooding and Nydia Kicinko. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Teresa Sheppard and her husband Ed, Michael Kicinko and his wife Karen, Maryann Gray and her husband Dale, Joanne Kicinko and Sandra Anderson and her husband Dylan, and by her great grandchildren, Ryan, Caitlin, Erin, Christine, Cynthia, Candace, Stormie, Jeremy, Trilliun, Sylver and Morgan. Mary is predeceased by her brothers John, Andrew and Steve and by her sister Julie. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with funeral service in the Chapel on Monday August 9 at 1p.m. Interment Resurrection cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday August 8 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m.

passed away August 5, 2004 at Versa Care, Uxbridge. Dorothy will be always missed and loved by the McNulty family.

REMIZ, Suzanne Louise (nee Burns) -
After a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday August 5th, 2004 in her 42nd year. Dearly loved wife of Henry. Much loved mother of Anton, Monica, Sylvia and Madeleine. Survived by her loving parents Tony and Betty Burns. Cherished by her sisters Kathy, Teresa, Trish and her brothers Ron, Gord, John and their families. Fondly remembered by mother-in-law Isa Remiz and brothers-in-law Alfred and Frank. Suzanne will be sadly missed by the many lives she touched. Resting at MEMORIAL CHAPEL BROOKLIN (905-655-3662) 79 Baldwin Street Brooklin Village from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Then to St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church, 903 Giffard Street Whitby for Mass of Christian Burial Monday morning August 9th, at 10:30. Interment to follow at Resurrection cemetery , Whitby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a stained glass window in Suzanne's memory for the new St. Leo's Church being built in Brooklin. Prayers will be offered in the chapel Saturday at 8:00 p.m.

ROBERTS, Leonard Benjamin -
passed away at the Rouge Valley Health System, Ajax site on August 5, 2004 in his 91st year. He will be greatly missed by his wife Alvertta M. Roberts, his 3 sisters, his many nieces and nephews, and friends. Following Leonard's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

WATSON, Sheila Mary (nee Burke) -
Peacefully after a courageous battle, Sheila passed into the care of the Lord on August 5, 2004, at the age of 79. She leaves her beloved husband William (Bill), daughter Mary-Jean (Herman Robinson) and her sons Scott and Peter, granddaughter Rheanna, and her great-granddaughter Kayla. Sister of Michael Burke (Gloria) and his family, and the late Jack Burke. Sheila will be sadly missed by her many cousins and friends. A Funeral Mass will be held on August 10, 2004 at St. Bernadette's Church (21 Bayly Street East, Ajax) at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.

At Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Wednesday August 4, 2004 in his 93rd year. Jan, beloved husband for 66 years of Christina. Dear father of Elisabeth & her husband Bill Brunt, Dr. Cornelius Maartense & his wife Connie, Dr. Peter Maartense & his wife Wendy, Christina & her husband Ken Thompson and Jeanette Benit (Rick). Loving grandfather of Wendy Gorniak (John), Jeffery Brunt, Scott Brunt (Tracy), Jack Maartense, Jason Maartense, Chad Maartense, Brett Maartense, Bradley Stapleton, Brent Stapleton (Natascha), Heather Benit, Erin Benit, and great grandfather of Megan Gorniak, Kelsey Gorniak, Kristen Brunt, Justin Brunt, Brandon Stapleton and Alyssa Stapleton. At Jan's request there is no funeral service. Cremation at Bowmanville Crematorium. If desired donations to the Memorial Hospital Foundation Bowmanville, Palliative Care would be appreciated.

Suddenly, on Wednesday, August 4, 2004. Beloved wife of Joseph Wood. Loving mother of Jordan, Jamie-Mae, and Joseph 'Joey.' Beloved daughter of Richard Montemurro and his friend Janet LaRochelle, and Reverend Cheryl Cranley. Sorely missed by her sister Millana and her brother Erin, and by her grandfather Cecil Montemurro. Predeceased by her grandmother Vivyenne Montemurro.
