Devoted mother of Connie Tomlinson and the late George, Gail Otvos, Terry and his wife Donna, and Brenda Meadows. Grandma of Greg, Jill Whitmarsh and her husband Scott, Sheila, Tobe and his wife Donna, Todd, Juliana, Tyler, Ashley, Brent and Mark. We have all been blessed to have had such a loving and caring mother and grandmother. Cecilia had a great love of music. She dedicated 30 years to the music ministry at St. Gertrude's Roman Catholic Church, many of them as choir director. She gave unselfishly and asked for nothing in return. We will all miss her.
