BEATTY, Amy J. - passed away on October 31, 2007. Predeceased by her parents James Bowen and Ester Wilson, and her husband James Hilton Beatty 2nd. Survived by her children James, Warren and Randy. Loving sister of Sylvia, Ida and brother James. Beloved grandmother of Janet (Larry) and Jill (Steve). Will be sadly missed by her many nephews and nieces. Resting at Bates & Dodds Funeral Services (931 Queen St. W., Toronto). Visitation on Sunday, November 4 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Service on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to Baycrest palliative care unit will be greatly appreciated.

BLACK, Barbara A. - passed away at the Penetanguishene Hospital on Friday, November 2, 2007. Barb Black of Midland, beloved wife of Sydney J. Black, dear mother of Susan Black, Ken Black and Lynda and her husband Bob Blaska. Loving grandmother of Cory Gray and his partner Keri Beevor and Chris Gray; step grandmother of Haley Blaska. Sister of the late Iona Morton. Friends may call at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Ave., Midland on Thursday, November 8th from 12:30 p.m. until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Interment later at Lakeview cemetery , Midland. Memorial donations to the Huronia Hospitals Foundation would be appreciated.

BOLTON, John Thomas - passed away in Victoria, B.C., on October 27, 2007. Born in Toronto on September 1, 1951, John was predeceased by his parents, Earl and Melba. A friend of Bill W., John is sadly missed by his brother Bob and family, and many friends in Ontario and B.C. Friends who would like to attend a get-together to swap stories, contact Bob Bolton or Ted Rowling.

BROWN, Paul Douglas - Peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 30, 2007. Paul Douglas Brown loving husband of Pat and father of Darren. Will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Friends and family may visit at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE, 1057 Brock Road, Pickering, 905-686-5589 on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 from 11 a.m. until time of service in our chapel at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

BRYARS, James Thomas (Mr. Jim) - (W.W. II Veteran, Retired Employee of CN and CP, Member of Quinte St. Alban's Lodge A.F. & A.M. No. 620). passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2007 at Huronia District Hospital, Midland, in his 85th year. Jim Bryars, of Midland, formerly of Toronto, beloved companion of Shirley French-Bryars. Dear father of Steven French of Nova Scotia. Loving son of the late James Thomas Bryars and Alfreda Henning. Jim will be sadly missed by his sisters Ethel Rubery, and Eileen Wilding; and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at the Lynn Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 290 First Street, Midland, 705-526-6551, on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7- 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be celebrated in the JH Lynn Chapel on Wednesday, November 7th at 1 o'clock. Interment will take place at Prospect cemetery , Toronto, on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A Masonic Service will be held on Tuesday evening at 7 o'clock in the Chapel.

BUDCHUK, Victoria (Vicki)

VICTORIA (VICKI) BUDCHUK Peacefully on October 29, 2007 at the Wellington Long Term Care Residence, Hamilton, ON, in her 94th year. Predeceased by husband William (1997), and brother Joseph Victor of Oshawa, ON (2005). Lovingly remembered by brother Gerald (Jerry) of Hamilton, ON and nephews Leon and wife Linda of Waterloo, ON and Joseph Jr. (Joey) and wife Cindy of Picton, ON. Vicki will be fondly remembered for her empathy and dynamic and positive demeanor by her many friends and business associates in Hamilton and Cobourg, Ontario where she held positions of Senior Counsellor and Programs Administrator with Canada Manpower, (now HRDC, Human Resources & Development Canada) and in Gores Landing, Ontario where as the original proprietors she and her husband operated the Victoria Inn at Rice Lake. Cremation has taken place in accordance with Vicki's wishes. A private family remembrance will take place at a later date. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at the Wellington Long Term Care Facility for their compassion and care of Vicki.

BUSHEY, Margaret - passed away unexpectedly on November 1, 2007 at Rouge Valley Centenary Hospital at the age of 74. Will be sadly missed by her husband Tom and son Peter. A Memorial Service will be held at GIFFEN-MACK "SCARBOROUGH" FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 4115 Lawrence Avenue East (1 block west of Kingston Road) 416-281-6800 on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at 6 p.m. in the Chapel.

CAMILLETTI, Dora (nee Cotturo) - Passed peacefully, surrounded by her family on October 30th, 2007 in her 80th year. Devoted wife of Aurelio. Loving mother of Tina, Gino, Grace and Maurizio. Mother-in-law to Cesare Sisti, Belinda Stewart, Steve Kiss and Josie Camilletti. Cherished grandmother of Adam (Laura), Marco, Jennifer, Christine, Sarah and Daniel. Great-grandmother of Sofia. She will be fondly remembered by her family and friends. Resting at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Highway 7, Woodbridge (just west of Pine Valley Drive), 905-851-9100 on Sunday, November 4th from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Jane Frances Church, 2747 Jane Street (north of Sheppard Avenue), Downsview on Monday, November 5th at 9:30 a.m. Entombment Queen of Heaven cemetery (7300 Hwy. 27), Woodbridge. Donations to St. Jane Frances Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

CLEATOR, Eric W. - Suddenly, at home, on Thursday, November 1, 2007, at the age of 76. Born in Douglas, Isle of Man U.K. Survived by his wife Edith (55 years) and children Diane, Karol and Janet. Predeceased by daughter Elaine in 1989. Grandad to Darroch, Susan Elaine, Sarah Laine and twins Drew and Spencer. Brother to Bryan, Joan and Gordon (U.K.). A complete funeral service will take place Sunday, November 4 at one o'clock at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave.) Weston. If so desired, doantions may be sent to the Canadian Diabetes Association. "Quocunque Jeceris Stabit" (Whithersoever you throw it, it will stand!)
