passed away after a lengthy illness on March 17, 2002 at the McCall Centre in her 67th year. Predeceased by her husband Melvin. Loving mother to David and his wife Sandy and Terry and his wife Doris. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Melissa, Taylor and Duncan. Survived by her mother Annie, sister Noreen and predeceased by her sister Sandy and father Duncan. Peacefully at home on Monday, April 22, 2002. Born in Ballyjamesduff, County Cavan, Ireland. Michael, devoted and beloved husband of Margaret who was at his side always. Happily married for 49 years. Loving father of John and Roseanne Sheridan, Eileen and Dr. Daniel Malone, Maureen and Dr. Nicholas Mandrak and Michael and Dr. Elizabeth Sheridan. ‘Papa’ will be lovingly remembered by his nine grandchildren, Kathryn, Sarah, Monica, Maggie, Katie, Devon, Madolyn, Alannah and Michael (his namesake). He was a dedicated employee (Hydraulic Technician) of Arrowhead Metals (formerly Anaconda American Brass) for 38 years. Michael’s greatest achievement was being a wonderful, generous and most loving father reflected in his four devoted children who cherished him. He gave us life and continues to live on in our hearts. Michael is survived by his sister, Anne Negus of Aurora, Ontario and Thomas Sheridan of Galway, Ireland and many nieces and nephews in Canada, Ireland and Australia.
