passed away peacefully at his residence with family by his side, on Sunday, September 15, 2002 in his 91st year. Loving husband of Helen for 67 years. Loving father of Anne (John) Timko, predeceased by son John, husband of Irene. Survived by his sister Mary in Slovakia. Dzedo to David Tkac, Cheryl (Howard) Crabtree, Debbie (Joe) Perrotta, Mike and Wayne Timko & great-grandfather to Julia, Alanna and Matthew Perrotta. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lakeshore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th St., 416-259-3705) on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. & Tuesday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. Panachida Tuesday at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2002 from Sts. Cyril & Methodius Slovak Catholic Church. Interment Park Lawn cemetery. Donations may be made to Sts. Cyril & Methodius Building Fund.

John Paul Bilokrely
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of John Paul Bilokrely on Monday, September 16, 2002 at Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga site in his 76th year. Survived by his sister Vi Cushnie and her husband George and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lakeshore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th St., 416-259-3705) on Thursday from 11 a.m. until time of service in the chapel at 12 noon. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

Ann Waenink
At Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga Site on Wednesday, September 18, 2002. Ann (nee Aagten) late of Islington. Dearly beloved wife of the late Herman Waenink and loving mother to Lil and her husband Ralph Strachan, Mary Waenink, and Diane and her husband Ron Huxtable. Dearest sister to Ria and her husband Norman Comeau of Tottenham, Ontario, also survived by many brothers and sisters in the Netherlands. Dearest Oma to Lee and Stephen Strachan, Shannon and Jamie Huxtable, Ashley and Jenna Grinham. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lakeshore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th St., 416-259-3705) on Friday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral mass on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. to Nativity of our Lord Catholic Church (Rathburn Rd, west of Hwy. 427). Interment Springcreek cemetery , Clarkson. For those so desiring donations to the Children's Wish Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

Mary Videtich
Peacefully on Friday, September 20, 2002 at Dom Lipa Nursing Home in her 92nd year, Mary Videtich, loving mother to Martin of Boucherville, Quebec, Anne Bradford and her husband Robert of Bath, Pennsylvania and the late Mary and Jenny. Survived by her son-in-law Nick Plesa. Also sadly missed by her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Friends will be received at the Dom Lipa Nursing Home, 52 Neilson Drive, Toronto on Monday from 10 a.m. until time of mass at 11 a.m. Interment Tuesday at Victoria Lawn cemetery , St. Catharines. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dom Lipa, 52 Neilson Dr., Toronto, Ontario M9C 1V7.

Ursula Stutz
passed away peacefully, at home, on Wednesday, September 25, 2002. After a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her family. Predeceased by sisters Irmgard and Thea and by her brothers, Albert, Gerhard and Hans. She will be greatly missed by her loving daughter Siegrune, brother-in-law Gerhardt, nephews Peter and Dietmar and their wives Linda and Angie, Rory, Brian and Carm and their sons Max and Sam, her family in Germany and her many friends and neighbours. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 2080 Lakeshore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves. 416-259-3705) Saturday, September 28, 2002 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. followed by funeral services in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. Cremation. Maria (Paimre) Nielsen
On September 28, 2002 at Trillium Health Centre-Mississauga in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Leonhard Nielsen (1973). Loving mother of Eric and Heino, grandmother of Lisa and Peter and great grandmother of Nicholas, Alexander and Sarah. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lakeshore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th St., 416-259-3705) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 p.m. until time of final prayers at 4 p.m. Cremation to follow. A Memorial Service will be held for friends and family on October 18, 2002 at 6:45 p.m. at St. James United Church (400 Burnhamthorpe Rd, Etobicoke). Tea and coffee will follow. Burial will take place on October 19, 2002 at Park Lawn cemetery , Sudbury, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Common Thread: Community Chorus of Toronto, 79 Muriel Ave., Toronto, Ontario M4J 2Y3 or the Arthritis Society.

Antoni Kauch
Former employee of Consumers Glass, Etobicoke and World War II army veteran, in his 83rd year. passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, September 28, 2002. Will be sadly missed by his wife, Anna Slobodian, daughter Heidi Walczak and her husband Gordon, and stepson Jim Slobodian and his wife Marion. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Mackenzie and Quinn and step grandchildren Jamie and Adam. Greatly missed by his dear nephew, Marek Klaus of Windsor. Also survived by his sisters Marysia, Teresa and Helena and brothers Janek and Marian all of Poland. Predeceased by his first wife Elsie. A wonderful and most loved husband & father, Tony passed away peacefully after a painful battle with cancer on Friday, January 3, 2003 at Trillium Health Centre. Loving husband of Ksenija. Beloved father of Peter (Kathy) & Tim (Shelley). Son-in-law of Zorka Zagar. Brother of Stanko & his family & Maria & her family in Slovenija. Cousin of Milica & her family. Loving mother to Jackie and her husband Bruce, Doug, Larry and his wife Liz, Bob, Russell and his wife Marie, Kathy and her husband Gregg, Dorothy and step-daughter Lorraine and her husband Dan. passed away peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital on Saturday, February 1, 2003. Loving mother of Susan and son-in-law Frank. A special thank you to the nurses and staff of the Intensive Care Unit. Beloved husband of Hilda (Hill) Newsome. Dearly loved father of Peter and his wife Linda (Day), David and his wife Kim (McClennan) and Phillip and his wife Lise (Hansen). Loving Poppa of Laura, David, Christopher, Heather, Sarah, Geoffrey, Perry, step grandchildren Jeff, Brent and step great granddaughter Payton.
