On Saturday, January 29, 2005 in his 88th year George Kozub passed away. He is survived by his sister Ann. Predeceased by his sisters Mary, Dora, Kay and brothers Steve and Nick. Phil, predeceased by his wife Marie, will be sadly missed by his children Phyllis Stora, John (Judy) Poirier, Michael Poirier, and Paul Poirier. Phil’s memory will be cherished by his grandchildren Bryant, Brad, Evan, and Jordan, and by his great grandchildren Eden and Sydney. Phil, retired railway conductor of 37 years with CNR and VIA rail, was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Knights of Columbus, and was proud member of the community of Washago and a strong local volunteer.
