Allan Mackay
Mackay, Allan Ross – suddenly at his home on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 in his 73rd year. Allan, beloved husband and best friend of Fran (nee Davey). Loving father of Jason and his wife Karen. Cherished grandpa of Mackenzie, Liam and Shelby. Dearly remembered by his brother Gordon (Kathy), and sisters Donna (Derek) and Nancy. Predeceased by brother Jim (Ann). Allan will be especially missed by his many nieces and nephews, and by his furry companions Levi and Piper. A Celebration of Life will be held at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown, on Friday, July 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society are greatly appreciated.
John "Jack" Muckart
Muckart, John Robert (April 26, 1926 - September 25, 2016)- In his 91st year, Jack (John) passed away peacefully at Georgetown Hospital on Sunday morning. Jack led a fulfilling life and will be missed by family and friends, including his dear friend Bob. Jack is predeceased by his son John and his sister Shirley and her husband Jim Cleave. He leaves behind daughter Brenda (late Dave) Goodlet, and his sisters Jean (Bill) McEnery and Helen (Glen) Dance and nieces and nephews. A public graveside service will be held on Friday September 30th at 11:00 am at Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown. Reception to follow in the Trafalgar Room at the J.S. David Huether
Huether, David George July 4, 1943 - September 21, 2016
Peacefully after a long illness at Milton Hospital in his 74th year. His long term friend Tom Lawnsby was by his side. David is predeceased by his loving and cherished wife Lucie Gallagher Huether and by his parents John and Evelyn (nee Smith) Huether. He is survived by his brother Robert and Lesley Huether. David was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing at many locations. He will be missed by his family and many friends. Friends will be received at J.S. Mathews, Therese Marie- Peacefully, with her family by her side on Friday September 23, 2016, after a brief but courageous battle. Therese, in her 64th year, was the beloved and devoted wife to Steve for 41 years. The adored and treasured mother of Laura (Jamie), and most loving Grandma to Hayley and Hannah, her little angels. She will be sadly missed by her mother Eileen Klymko and mother-in-law Joyce Mathews. She is predeceased by her father Michael Klymko and father-in-law Tom Mathews. She will be missed by her brothers and sister Danny (Julie), Anthony, Michelene (Alan), Eugene (Josie) and her nieces and nephews. She leaves behind a lifetime of gentleness and kindness. We would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Medhi Shahideh, Dr. Nava Maham, Blake Zywine and Alem at Trillium Health Partners for their endless support and dedication to her care.
