Tuesday, November 11, 1941 - Monday, March 30, 2009

Suddenly at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, on Monday, March 30th, 2009. Armond Robert Minard, of Owen Sound, in his 68th year. Dearly beloved partner of Lorna Doyle. Loved father of Christine Doyle (Ron Osborne) and Edgar Doyle. Dear step-father of Robert Doyle (Barbara), David Doyle, Brian Doyle (Pam) and Duncan Doyle (Dawn). Proud grandfather of Dylan, Kaitlyn and Mackenna. Dear brother of Leona Strutton and Kenneth Minard. Predeceased by his parents, Wilbert and Mary Minard; his brothers, George Minard, Edgar (Irene) Minard and Charles Minard; his sisters, Pearl Cleverley (George), Catherine Nelles (Wilfred) and Frances Noyes (Albert). A Graveside Service for Armond and George Minard will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in the spring. After a year of miracles, Jessie passed away at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound on Friday evening, March 27th, 2009. Jessie Moon. of Owen Sound in her 78th year. Wife of the late Lawrence Moon. Loving mother of: Linda Cummins (Dave), of Owen Sound and Joe Moon (Joy), of Cambridge. Jessie will be greatly missed by her grandchildren: Melissa, Tim (Eeleah), Alannah, Jordan and LeeAnna. Sister of: James Loveless (Catherine), Elizabeth Hatchell (Ray), both of the United States, Max Loveless, Ina Bartlett, William Loveless (Carrie), Lloyd Loveless, Bertha Youden (George), Harold Loveless (Edith) and Ralph Loveless (Gert), all of Newfoundland. Was much loved and will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Jessie is predeceased by her parents, William and Ellen Loveless; her siblings, Frederick Loveless, Anna Culp, Douglas Loveless and her one-day-old baby brother. Friends may call at the BRIAN E. Edna May Edmonstone (nee Thompson) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with lymphoma, at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, on Saturday, March 21st, 2009. She was in her 62nd year. Edna was the beloved wife of Raymond Edmonstone. Dear mother of Terri Lynn Edmonstone and incredible grandmother of Daniel and Jayson Pomfret, all of Barrie. She will be missed by her siblings, Betty and Ken Cutting, of Owen Sound, Margaret and Dan Thompson, of Bancroft, Donna Murphy, of Owen Sound, Kim and Pete Chappell, of Burgoyne, Marlene and Paul Mahoney, of Guelph, Heather Thompson and Debbie Thompson, both of Owen Sound, Craig and Barb Thompson and Pat and Ken Eldridge, all of Kitchener. Edna was also a special sister-in-law to Bud and Mareda Edmonstone, of Tobermory and Anne and Kevin Dunham, of Bognor. She will be remembered fondly by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Edna was a dear and loyal friend to many. Predeceased by her parents, Kenneth Thompson and Marion McQueen; her child brother, Kenneth Thompson; her nephew, Alvin McMillan. Friends and family may call at the BRIAN E. Loving mother of Marjorie Brooks and her husband, Bryon, of Tavistock. Margaret will be sadly missed by her daughter-in-law, Julie Turner, of Kakabeka Falls. Proud grandmother of Adam and Mark Brooks, Rhonda Turner and Chris Dysievick and her husband, Dan and great-grandmother of Nicholas, Matthew, Katherine, Megan and Cody. Dear sister of Imogene Sheridan-Rice and her husband, Ralph, of Thornbury. Predeceased by her parents, Roy and Dorothy Hewgill; her son, David Turner; her brothers, Lorne, Herman, Eldon and Tom Hewgill; her sister, Helen Rear. Peacefully at her home surrounded by the love of her family, on Wednesday morning, March 18th, 2009 after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Marjorie Eleanor Pringle (nee Perdue), of R. R. #2, Chatsworth, in her 77th year. Loving mom of Bob Pringle and his wife, Judy, Eleanor Baker and her husband, Lanny, both of Chatsworth and Jim Pringle and his partner, LeAnn Russell, of Markdale, Proud grandmother of Curtis and Lisa Pringle, Crista and George Baker, Julie and Shawn Casemore and Jana Pringle and her partner, Dereck Boiteau and great-grandma Marge to Joseph and Sarah Pringle and Jake Baker. Marjorie will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law, Jean Perdue. Predeceased by her parents, Beynon and Frances Perdue; her brothers, Allan Perdue (1930) and Robert Perdue (2001). JANTZEN - de ZEEUW, Colleen Patricia - On Wednesday June 17, 2009 at London Health Sciences Centre University Hospital London. Colleen Jantzen-de Zeeuw of London in her 41st year. Sadly missed by her special friends Peter and Hillary Broad of London, daughter Julia, sons Timothy and Adrianus, and husband Lloyd de Zeeuw all of London. She will be missed by her sisters Eleanor Watson of Guelph, Gladys (Walter) LeMaitre of Crawford, Evelyn (Robert) Pearce of Paisley, Mary (Robert) LeMaitre of Elmira, Gail (Doug) Robertson of Owen Sound, sister- in-law Vera (George) Jantzen of Cargill, her brothers Frank (Kathy) Jantzen of Kitchener, Reginald (Dawn) Jantzen of Walkerton, and Ernest (Sheri) Jantzen of Owen Sound. She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents George and Jessie Jantzen, her brother George Jantzen, and by her sisters Marilyn McTaggart, and Janice Waldo, and brother- in laws Robert LeMaitre and Douglas Robertson. Friends are invited to the TANNAHILL FUNERAL HOME for visiting on Saturday l hour prior to service, from 12- 1 o'clock. A funeral will be conducted in the chapel Saturday June 20, 2009 at 1 o'clock with Dr. Brad Clark officiating.
