BEEK, Cynthia
Thursday, December 20, 2001

Cynthia Beek passed away at the Plummer Hospital on Wednesday, December 19, 2001 at the age of 44 years. Wife of Terry Beek. Beloved friend of Dana Burns. Cherished daughter of Pat & Bill Ledyit. Dear sister of Bill Ledyit (Kathy) of Whitehorse, Yukon, LeeAnne Ledyit (friend Lauri Povey) of Sault Ste. Marie, Robert Ledyit of Sault Ste. Marie and Brian Ledyit (Lynn) of Kamloops, B.C. Cherished auntie of Jacob of Winnipeg, Lyndsey of Whitehorse and the late Danny O'Hara. At Cindy's request there will be no funeral service. Memorial donations made to the Sault Area Hospitals (Cancer Clinic) would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Northwood Funeral Home, 942 Great Northern Road, 945-7758. To those I love and those who love me, When I am gone, release me, let me go. I have so many things to see and do. You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears. Be happy that we have had so many years. I gave to you my love, you can only guess how much you gave to me in happiness. I thank you for the love you each have shown, but now it's time I travelled on alone. Go grieve awhile for me if grieve you must. Then let your grief be comforted by trust. It's only for awhile that we must part, so bless the memories within your heart. I won't be far away, for life goes on. So if you need me, call and I will come. Though you can't see me or touch me, I'll be near. And if you listen with your heart, you'll hear all of my love around you soft and clear. And then, when you must come this way alone. I'll greet you with a smile and say, "Welcome Home."
