Dale Frederick (Bear)Anning passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Tuesday, December 3, 2002 at the age of 57. Beloved father of Candy Anning, Jason Hanchayrk (Carla) of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, and Khrystal Dawn Anning-Townsend, of Mindemoya, Ontario. Proud papa of Sebastian, Siera, Liam, Caelyn and Connor. Dearest brother of Barbara Forbes (Jack), Janet Spooner (Leonard) and Donald Anning. Dale is predeceased by Mazie and Fred Anning. Bear was known locally and across Canada as a talented country musician. He will be especially missed by his niece Nicole Forbes and also by many nieces and nephews and all his friends at 336 Albert Street. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, December 6, 2002 from 11 a.m. until time of Funeral service in the chapel at 1 p.m. with Rev. Sam Norbo officiating. Donations can be made to the Covenent House.

Grandmother of Giovanna, Gino, Mario, Lena, Frank, Rosa, Ida, Sam, Corinda, Gina, Julia, Mary, Rosa, John, Mark and the late Ronnie. Great Grandmother of 29 and Great Great Grandmother of 3. Loving father of David Burmaster (Joy), Wayne King, Barbara Weeks (Ron), Alan King, Eileen Neveau (Joe), Gordon King, Darlene Bridge (friend Dave), Bill King (Pam), Calvin King (Valerie), Patrick King, Kathleen Dufour (Ivan), Peter (friend Dawn) and the late Muriel Theresa. Dear grandfather of 19 and great grandfather of many. Dear brother of Tom Gregorchuk of British Columbia, Sophie Gregorchuk of Alberta, late Harry Gregorchuk Sr., late Dee Mary Potts (Gregorchuk). He was predeceased by his parents Margaret Gregorchuk and Jay King. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Sweet and dear mother of Mary-Kay Stortini (Ray) and grandmother of Doug Coulson (Shirley) and Cathie Coulson. Great grandmother of Spencer, Jillian Philip and Savannah Coulson. Daughter of the late Ernest and Lidia (Catrano) Jeffery of Kelowna B.C. and sister of the late Leonard Jeffery (late Kate), Jean Pollock (late Earl), the late Robert Jeffery (Jessie), Peter Jeffery and the late Mary Jeffery. At the request of the deceased, there will be no funeral service. Donations to the Matthews Memorial Hospital Association or the Ken Brown Foundation would be appreciated.
