Suzanne Elizabeth McIlroy (nee Kelly)
Suzanne Elizabeth McIlroy, 31, of Port Sydney, Ontario passed away surrounded by loving family and close friends at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto on Friday April 20, 2001 after a seven month struggle with leukemia. Suzanne McIlroy, beloved wife of Sean McIlroy; beloved daughter of Grace Kelly of Oakville and Dr. Jim Kelly and wife, Suzanne of Stratford; beloved daughter-in-law of Barb and Pat McIlroy and Donna Campbell of Huntsville; sadly missed by brothers, Baird and Liam Kelly; fondly remembered by grandparents Eric and Betty McMillan of Stratford, many aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends and her and Sean s Wheaton Terriers, Barley and Hops . Born in Stratford, Suzanne attended Bedford Public School. She graduated from Oakville Trafalgar Secondary School and went on to attain her degree, a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University. Suzanne started her career with the Hong Kong Bank of Canada and was most recently a successful personal investment manager with ScotiaBank in Muskoka. Suzanne will be resting at the Billingsley Funeral Home, 430 Ravenscliffe Rd., Huntsville where visitation will take place from 7-9 p.m. Monday April 23. Visitation from 11:00 a.m. will be followed with a funeral service at 12:00 noon both taking place at St. Mary s Catholic Church, 12 Centre St., N., Huntsville on Tuesday April 24. On Wednesday April 25, visitors are most welcome at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford from 6-9 p.m. A graveside service is planned from 11:00 a.m. Thursday April 26 at the Avondale cemetery , 4 Avondale Avenue, Stratford. Clara Elizabeth Faulhafer, a resident of the Maples Nursing Home in Tavistock and formerly of RR 1 Stratford passed away at her residence on Saturday, April 14, 2001 in her 93rd year. Born in North Easthope Township she was a daughter of the late George Faulhafer and Elizabeth (Cook) Faulhafer. She was a life member of St. Peter s Lutheran Church, Gadshill and a member of the church ELW, a former member of the Stratford Agricultural Society, Easthope Historical Society, Avon Women s Institute, Stratford Horticultural Society and a former 4H Club Leader. Dear sister of Alvin Faulhafer of RR 1 Stratford and Anne Thompson of Cedarcroft Place, Stratford. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Bob Faulhafer and wife Dorothea, of Gadshill, Marjorie Stix and husband Edward of Waterloo, Ernie Faulhafer and wife Jean of Burnside, Pat Eidt and husband Ken of Amulree, Wayne Faulhafer and wife Linda of RR 1 Stratford, Fred Thompson of Singhampton and Rheo Thompson and wife Sally of Stratford and several grand nieces and grand nephews. Mr. Harold John Lobsinger, age 70, of 524 Brunswick Street, Stratford passed away peacefully at the Stratford General Hospital surrounded by his family on Sunday, October 15, 2000. He was born in Stratford, son of the late Michael Lobsinger and the former Emily Craig. He was a founding director and member of the Stratford Municipal Golf Course. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Lois. Loving father of Gail and husband Dave Moloughney, Garry and friend Judy Bingham, Nancy and husband Jack McNaughton, Paul and wife Brenda, Larry and wife Tracey, Mark and wife Donna, Jennifer and husband Mike LeSouder. Ruth Mary Reibling, 79, of Tavistock and formerly of RR 1 Tavistock passed away in the People Care Centre, Tavistock on Monday, November 6, 2000. She was born in North Easthope Township on April 13, 1921 a daughter of the late Sylvester Krampien and the former Rebecca Viola Lashinger. She was a member of Cassel Mennonite Church and was a life member of Princess Elizabeth Women s Institute. Ruth is survived by her husband, Delton David Reibling of Tavistock, whom she married in North Easthope Township on June 6, 1942; three sons, David and his wife Anna Reibling of RR 1 Tavistock; Thomas and his wife Gertrude Reibling of Engelhart, Douglas Reibling of Vancouver, B.C.; one daughter, Sarah-Jane and her husband John Koutstaal of RR 2 Burgessville; nineteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Albert and his wife Edna Krampien of Ann Arbor, Michigan along with several Reibling brothersin-law and sisters-in-law. She was predeceased by her son, Russell in 1967; her daughter, Mary Elizabeth in infancy; two brothers, Irvin and his wife Dorothy Krampien, Harold and his wife Wilma Krampien. Beloved baby son of Martin and Sharon Butler died peacefully at the Pediatric Critical Care Unit of the Childrens Hospital of Western Ontario on Saturday, October 14, 2000, with his family by his side. Besides his parents, Aidan is survived by his older brothers Ryan and Mitchell; grandparents Jennifer and John Roper of Stratford and Reg and Joyce Butler of Bloxwich, England; great-grandmother Catherine Sandoz of Bloxwich, England.
