Died suddenly March 18, 2004, in his residence in Wawa and will be missed by his mother, Carol Bergeron. Mario will also be missed by his brothers and sister Gaetan (wife Betty), Gennette (husband Bob), Gaston from BC (wife Sue), Andre (wife Eillen), Linda (husband Allan), Charmaine (husband Granger). He will be sadly missed by all his nieces and nephews. Memorial service at the Chapel on Caledon Street on Tuesday April 13, 2004. Phone church for exact time.

passed away at the Plummer Hospital (Palliative Care Unit) of S.S. Marie on Thursday, April 8, 2004 at the age of 73 years. She was born in Sault Ste. Marie, daughter of the late Lorne and Viola Wright. Most loving husband of Douglas (Sandy). Beloved mother of Wendy Mackan, (Bob Gioventu) of Sault Ste. Mare, Mary-Lea Buchan and Vanesa Jo Woods (Jim) of Gore Bay. Daughter-in-law of the late Peter and Sarah (Sadie) Buchan. Proud grandmother of Heather Mackan of Calgary, Stacey Mackan (Shawn Kelly) of St. Catherines, Beverly and Trevor Wright of Kagawong, Patti Jo Woods of Gore Bay and North Bay and Deborah Woods of Gore Bay. In keeping with Vanesa’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. Those who wish to pay tribute to Vanesa may go to church and say a prayer. If so desired, donations to the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Clinic, or the Manitoulin Transport/Canada Post Relay for Life Team in Gore Bay would be appreciated. Interment in the West Korah Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre.

Dear grandmother of Melissa Dewar, Ed Simard (Heidi), Rose Marie Fisher (Don), Robin Belonisky (Dan), William (Bill) Landry (Chris), Tammy, Brandi, Krysta, Ashley, Tyson and Tiannia. Great grandmother of Dustin, Stanton, Samantha, Sabrina, Myles, Chloe and Holly. Sister of the late Joseph Fioramanti (Delores), Carmel Sorochinsky (late George), Edith Kerr (late Andy), late Sam Fioramanti (Alba), Sue McComb (late Bill), Rita Yarduk (late John), Dora Proulx (late Jerry), Tony Fioramanti (Pat), John Fioramanti and Joyce Torgerson (Leo). Rose is also survived and will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and many friends. Friends may call at O'Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home, corner of Cathcart and St James Sts. Tuesday, April 13th from 6 p.m. Funeral mass Wednesday April 14th at Blessed Sacrament Church, Cathcart St at 10 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Dear great grandmother of Emily, Hailey, Aby, Jacob, Amanda and Thomas. Dear sister of Garnet McGillivray (May), late Helen Shaughnessy (Bud) and the late Mary Ramsay (late Jim). Dear grandfather of Johanne Thompson (Victor), Ivan (Dalida), Eric (Veronique), Lauren Machinski (Dwayne), Lynda Rushton, Richard (Angel), Kimberly Grover (Scott), Kenneth Palin (Cheer), Anna-Lisa Clarke (Peter Tott) and Deliska Horne (Peter Lorden). Also survived by 17 great grandchildren. Friends may call at the Menard Funeral Home, Blind River, Thursday, April 8th, 2004, from 11:00 a.m. till service time at 2:00 p.m. from the Funeral Home with Sr. Bernadette Paquette officiating. Beloved father of Perry Keller and Heidi Tanninen (Veijo). Dearly loved Opa of Ryan, Aaron, Tamara and Stephanie. Precious brother of Ilse Herzog (Richard). Special uncle of Siegrid, Esther, Maggie and Susan. Long time friend of Karl and Lucy Herzog and their families. Remembered by many family and friends from Germany, Canada and the U.S.A. Special thanks to Dr. Conly, Dr. Armstrong, Dr. Berry and the nurses and staff at the Renal Unit for the care you gave Ernie over the years. We also wish to thank the hospital staff who cared for Ernie these past 10 weeks. A funeral service will be take place at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Monday, April 12, 2004 at 11 a.m. Mr. Philip Bailey officiating. Sister-in-law of Jean Milton (George), the late Donald LaPlante (Joyce) and the late Beatrice Asselin (Paul). Special fiend of Sylvia and Jim Ardito.
