passed away peacefully at the Extendicare Van Daele Manor on Tuesday, November 29, 2005. Sarah McLean in her 101st year. Beloved wife of the late Alexander (Alex) McLean. Dear mother of June Harbottle (Jim), Ken (Pauline), Mary-Jean Muncaster (Linton) and Robert (Linda) all of Sault Ste. Marie. Beloved grandmother of Deanna Bigras (Ron), Carol Fryia (Carl), Dawn Monarch (Bob), Darren McLean (Patti), Karen Rankin (Albert), Bill Muncaster (Brenda), Trudy-Lynn Trudeau (Dwayne), Kevin Muncaster (Karey), Steven McLean (Karen) and Greg McLean (Rena). Also survived by 21 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Sarah is survived by her dear sister Edna Robb (late Howard). A private family service was held at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Thursday, December 1, 2005 with Reverend Earl Burke officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. She was the daughter of the late Michael & Bridget Corcoran and the beloved sister of the late Leonard (Stella), Mae (Frank) and the late Gerald. She adopted the role of second mother to Maura (Doug) and she will be greatly missed. Special aunt to Lynne (Roberta) and Bill (Barb). Great aunt of Phillip, Michael, Dale, Paul, Sharon, Susan, Jimmy, Chris, Amy and Sherra. Great, great aunt of many and the “little ones” Jaydin, Kaleb and Makenna were the topic of conversation and a very important part of her life. Special Godmother of Marguerite Madill. Mother of Michael Malysh (Dianna) and BaBa of Natalie and Jamie Malysh. Predeceased by her parents Mike and Lena Boychuk. Sister of the late Nick Boychuk, Irene Boychuk, Bill Boychuk, Helen Collins and the late Sandy Morin. Mary was an avid golfer and member of the Soo Country Club for over 50 years, and a life Member in the Order of The Royal Purple. At Mary's request, there was no funeral service nor visitation.
