passed away after a courageous struggle on Saturday, August 27, 2005 at the General Hospital. Precious husband of Anita. Loving father of Colleen Bradley of Toronto and Daniel Bradley (Lorraine) of Sault Ste. Marie. Dear Papa of Shawn Colleen Stearns, Mark Daniel Bradley and Paul Richard Bradley. Brother of Anthony (Flora), Joe (Jessie), Mary Lawson (late Jeff), Terry (Edith) and the late James. Brother-in-law of Roger Lemieux (Rita), Tom Lemieux (Lynn) and the late Mona Buchholz (late Floyd). Fondly remembered and sadly missed by Albert and Louise Poirier, Bob and Mary Falkins, Harold and Doreen Simard, Ray and Audrey Matthews, Ernie and Norma Poirier, Ann Sloane, June Peat and his baseball, bowling and sports buddies. passed away peacefully at Mauno Kaihla Koti on Friday, August 26, 2005 at the age of 88. Loved uncle of Tuula Cassavia, Tuire Gaccione and Tuija Wells and their families of Canada and Hilkka, Mai-Len, Tytti and Tarja and their families in Finland. Albert will be remembered by his many friends. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, August 30, 2005 from 10 am until time of funeral service in the chapel at 11 am. Rev. Raija Perttula officiating. Donations to the Ontario Finnish Rest Home Association would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the staff of the Ontario Finnish Rest Home for the excellent care and making it Albert’s home for over 20 years.

Loving husband, dearest father, cherished didi, great didi and special friend to many. With great sadness, we announce the passing of Peter Krupka at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, August 29, 2005. Born July 18, 1920 in Ukraine. Peter met his beloved wife and best companion Anna Krupka (Pekelny) in France. They shared a lifetime of memories during their 60 years as husband and wife. They had a daughter in France, Mary Borowicz (Walter) and then immigrated to Canada in 1949. He was a wonderful didi to Melanie Sibenik (Derek) and Christine Perlini (Marty) and very dear great didi to Meagan and Hannah Perlini. He was a special uncle to Emil Krupka (Gloria) and family and Ed Krupka (June) and family. Peter was a dedicated and hardworker as a craneman at Algoma Steel. When he 'retired', Peter invented and patented an arthritic linament. Peter also published a book of his experiences in WWII. He is predeceased by his mother Eva, his father Michael, his brothers George (Bernadette) and Ivan (Stephania) and his sister Maria. He is survived by his sister Anna (late George) and many nieces and nephews in the Ukraine. He was an inspiration to us all and taught us the true meaning of life, love and faith. Friends may call at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church (293 St. Georges Avenue East) on Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Panachyda at 8 p.m. Funeral mass on Friday, September 2, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Jaroslaw Lazoryk officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations made to St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church Building Fund or Sault Area Hospital - Stroke Unit of 200A would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road, 945-7758)

Peacefully at the Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga on Sunday, August 28, 2005 in her 89th year. Wife of the late John R. Stone (1990), loving mother of Marilyn Parsons (late Douglas) of Burlington, Margaret Whittleton (Robert) of Ajax and Arthur (Deborah) of Rousseau. Much loved Grandma of David and Amy Parsons and Sarah and Ian Stone. Jean is survived by one sister Dolly Burrows (Port Credit) and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (Hwy. 10 north of QEW) from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, September 16, 2005. A celebration of Jean's life to be held in the chapel on Saturday, September 17, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place. Peacefully at Algoma Manor, Thessalon on Wednesday, August 24, 2005. David Creor in his 81st year. Husband of the late Kathleen Flowers and the late Christine Flowers. Loving father of Dianne Robertson (Frank) of Haliburton, Gail Hernden (Dale) of Thessalon, Gary Creor (Winnifred) of Elliot Lake, Wayne Creor (Brenda) of Thessalon, Carol Thompson (David) of Crystal Lake Illinois, Colleen Abbott (Michael) of Wawa and Kevin Creor (Cathy) of Sault Ste. Marie. Special grandfather to 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and predeceased by granddaughter Anne Marie Creor. Dear brother of Ernie of Thessalon and the late Jack, Alice, Phillip, Dorothy, Eleanor, Joe and Dennis. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service was held at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon, on Friday, August 26, 2005 at 2:00 o'clock. Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery. Donations to the Cancer Society or the Algoma Manor Redevelopment Fund gratefully accepted. -

Dearest mother of Patricia LaPrairie (Clarke), Sandra Suurna (Jerry), Judy Turner (Kim), Mary Jane Bonneville (Peter) and Mark Gaudet (Janice). Proud and devoted grandmother of Clarke, Cailin and Rosemary, Brooke and Marc, Kaitlin and Devan, Gabrielle, Etienne and Hanna, Jake, Olivia and Isabella. Evelyn will be sadly missed by her family and all of her brothers and sisters and their families.
