passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, September 18, 2006 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Orren James Beatty. Loving mother of Gloria Colfer (Allen) of Kenora and Dr. Rodger Beatty (Bryan Yarmola) of St. Catharines. Grandmother of Karen Colfer of Winnipeg and Curt Colfer (Jodie) of Okotoks, Alberta. Predeceased by her sister Helen Leiblein and brothers Lorne, Stanley, Robert, Manley, Donald and Morley Young. Sister-in-law of Russ and Darlene Beatty of Echo Bay. Aunt of Stephen, Debbie and David Beatty, Lisa Harman, Gordon, Betty and David Young and Patsy Hough and their families. Special friend of Marlene Harper. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, September 22, 2006 from 7 – 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Emmanuel United Church (224 Bennett Blvd) on Saturday, September 23, 2006 at 12 pm. Rev. Betty Pretty officiating. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Arthritis Society or Emmanuel United Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated.

Suddenly on Friday September 15, 2006 Jean (John) Onraet in his 80th year. Beloved husband of the late Joyce (Nee Fitzpatrick) Onraet and Father of Suzanne McDonald (Murray), Christopher (Shelly) and the late Mike Onraet. Special friend of Leonie Thibodeau. Also survived by many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Brother in law to Michael Fitzpatrick (JoAnn) and Marie Wing. At Jean’s Request a private funeral services too place at O’Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home on Monday September 18th followed by internment in the family plot at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations to the Sault Area Hospital Building Fund would be appreciated.

Loving father of Bernadette Tallon (Herb), Louise Kohlbacher, Master- Corporal John Tallon, Anne-Marie Pagnotta (Tony) and the late infant Sarah Tallon. Cherished Papa of Bridgette Hagen (Kevin), Ricky and Willy Kohlbacher, Ashleigh Pagnotta and Averie Tallon-Fulford. Son of the late Ernest and Bernadette Tallon. Dear brother of Evelyn Phillips (late Joe), late Frances Hill (late Russell), Phyllis Bourdage (late Bucky), Kevin Tallon (late Alice), late Clifford, late Vernon, late Bernice Moreland (late Chester) and the late Jenny Mount (late Jack). Son-in-law of the late George & Sarah Currie. Brother-in-law of the late Isabelle Thibodeau, Jean Scott (late Dick), Jim Currie (Barb), Anne Hansen (John) and Betty Goodall (Bill). Son of the late Natale and Anna Cicchelli and Brother of Pasqualle, and Benito (Carmela) Cicchelli, Pina Posteraro (late Carmen) and the late Francesco Cicchelli (Estelita). Son in law of the late Domenico and Emelia Turco and Brother in law to Vince (Lina) and Mike (Teresa) Turco, Fran Valade (Marcel) and Josephine Viola (Joseph). Antonio is also survived by many nephews and nieces. Friends may call at O’Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home, Corner of Cathcart and St. James Sts Tuesday September 19th from 6-9pm. passed away peacefully at the Golden Birches Terrace in Blind River on September 14, 2006. Beloved wife of the late Omer Lizotte. Loving mother of Annette Kerr-Taylor (Trevor) of Blind River, Charlene Shaw (Joe) of Guelph, Cecille Moreau (Jean- Claude) of Montreal and the late Lionel and Vern. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Dear daughter of the late Joseph and Annette (née Trahan) Verreault and sister to Ida Gagnon (Fern) of Sudbury, Rochelle Doll (Louie) of Marquette MI, and the late Julien and Johnny Verreault. Out of respect for Pauline's wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions to the Golden Birches Terrace in Blind River would be appreciated by the family. Cremation arrangements entrusted to the MENARD FUNERAL HOME.

(1952-2006) What we will always remember is the way she laughed, the stories she told, the guidance she gave…what we will always feel is her love. Peacefully with her loving children and family by her side on September 15, 2006 at the Sault Area Hospital- Plummer Site in her 54th year, our angel lost her battle. Devoted mother and best friend to Ryan (Melissa) and Sarah (Brian), loving companion to Jim Thomas. Survived by brother Reno Candido (Pamm), sister Mary Barban (Frank) and sister-in-law Marcia Candido (late Albert) and their children. Predeceased by parents Joseph (1997) and Carmella (2004) and brother Albert (2005). Also survived by former spouse, Mark Cady and family. Nancy’s exuberant personality and zest for life will be missed by many family and friends. The love and compassion she extended as a nurse and hands-on healer will be remembered by many friends and colleagues, along with her bright eyes and contagious smile. A heartfelt thanks to Nancy’s dear friend, Betty-Ann who shared Nancy’s journey with her. Also a special thanks to Dr. Walde and all the staff at the Cancer Clinic and 4th Floor for the respect and kindness they offered in their care. Nancy’s strength will continue to guide her beautiful children and they would like to remind everyone who has been affected by this disease that—“Cancer is so limited it cannot cripple Love; it cannot shatter Hope; it cannot corrode Faith; it cannot destroy Peace; it cannot kill Friendship; it cannot suppress Memories; it cannot silence Courage; it cannot invade the Soul; it cannot steal Eternal Life; it cannot conquer the Spirit.” Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday September 18, 2006 from 6-9pm.
