At the General Hospital on Tuesday, March 1, 2005; Lorraine Marion Jones. Dearly beloved wife of Ross for 41 years. Loving mother of; Dan of Sault Ste. Marie and Jeff (Roxanne) of London, Ontario. Grandmother of; Randy, Jamie-Lynn and Ryan. Daughter of the late Stan and Cassie Belkosky. Sister of; Raymond Belkosky (late Shirley), late Donald Belkosky (late Norma) and the late Lorne Belkosky (Gale). Sister-in-law of Grant Jones (Janice). Aunt of; Kim and Karen, late David, Donna and Brenda and the late Joan. Cousin of Joanne and Francis Peterson of Howell, Michigan. Fondly remembered by several other nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Veronica's Church on Friday, March 4, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Paul Conway officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the United Way would be appreciated by the family.

passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Monday, February 28, 2005 at the age of 76. Beloved husband and best friend of Joyce for 55 years. Cherished father of Rodger (Julia), Bonnie (Lloyd), Douglas (Brenda), Linda (Paul), Gord (Karen), Jim (late Darlene), Richard (Mary) and Michael (special friend Kathy). Special grandfather of 13 and great grandfather of 7. Brother of Clarence, Phyllis (Alf), Madeline (Ivan) and predeceased by Jim (Evelyn), Irene, Edith and Meldrum. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, March 3, 2005 from 11 am until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1 pm. Mrs. Helen Smith officiating. It is with great sadness that the family of Eleanor Lemay announces her passing. With great determination to improve her health she went into the care of the heart surgeons at the Trillium Health Centre in Mississauga. After her surgery on August 4, 2006, surrounded by the love of her family she peacefully slipped away. She will be deeply missed by Homer Lemay, her loving husband of 55 years. She will be forever held in the hearts or her children and grandchildren: Victor - D'Arcy and Victoria; Brenda Scherf - Marina, Nancy, Elizabeth, Jeffery; Linda (Sharron Jones); Lorna Triplett-Jennifer (son Noah) and Jason; Barbara Ayton (Bruce) - Nathan, Justin, James; Penny Schofield - Jacob and Teyah. She is survived and missed by her devoted mother Gladys Monette. Eleanor was born on August 31, 1935 to the late Gerald (1993) and Hazel (1939) Monette. She will be lovingly remembered by her brothers and sisters: Patricia Baker (Don), Dolly Hurley, Geraldine Mills (Gerry), Ronny Monette (Sandra), Diane Rhind (Shea), Lois Sage, Stephen Monette, Barbara DeCaire (Peter), Richard Monette, Terry Monette (Karen) and their families. She is predeceased by her brothers Barry, Robert, Larry and the twins. Her loss will also be shared by the members of Homer's extended family and their many friends, especially long time companions Evia and Emile Desaulnier.. We invite you to remember and celebrate with us her strength, courage and joy in life as we surround her with family, friends and flowers. Visitation will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 492 Wellington St. East on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 from 1 - 3 pm. Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 3 pm. Internment following at Greenwood Cemetery. If you wish donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Marie, Alan (Diana) of Maple, Anne Wood (Gary) of Waconia Minnesota, Alfret (Lorraine) of Sudbury. Predeceased by 3 children Asko, Anja and Aarre. Cherished grandmother of 28 and great grandmother of 24. Dear sister of Taimi Karppanen of Finland. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Ville, Niilo, Kaarlo, Lempi, Helmi and Otto. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends throughout Canada, United States and Europe. Great Grandmother of Shannon Dowdle, Sierra Dowdle and Jessica Dowdle. Sister of Francis Digby (late Earl), Etna McLean (late Morley), Myra Jardine (Ralph), Mavis Kearns (Pat) and predeceased by Eileen Digby (late Elgin), Ray Stewart, Mervin Stewart and Beryl Langston (George). Sister in law of Gladys Mitchell (Paul), and predeceased by Lester McLean (late Muriel), Allen McLean, Dora McLean and Morley McLean (Etna). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Grandmother of Michael Braido[Karen Norton}, Jeff Braido[Sarah Bolduc}, Stephanie, Mackenzie, and Johanna Parsons.Sister of Shirley Grisdale [Gus], Betty Buchanan, Octave Belisle [Karina], Wilfred Belisle[Eunice], Sister-in-law of Eileen Belisle. Preceaded in death by brother Billy and sister Marie. Fondly remembered by numerous neices and nephews.
