Peacefully at Van Daele Nursing Home with his family at his side on Thursday, November 8, 2007. John Hall at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Stella Hall. Loving father of Pauline Gauthier (Jim). Grandfather of Ken, Jamie (Renee) and late Ronnie Hall. Great grandfather of Dylan, Kyle, Ashley and Alex. Brother of Jim Hall (late Mary), Clifford Hall (Mary), Marguerite, all of Nova Scotia and Kay McDowell (late Harry) of Sault Ste. Marie, and the late Frank, Bill,Tommy, and Pat Hall and Mary Marrelli. A private family funeral took place on Sunday, November 11, 2007 at O’Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Ambeault officiating. Cremation followed by interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery took place. Memorial donations to the Community Cancer Clinic would be appreciated by the family.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Bernard at the age of 82 years on Sunday November 11, 2007 at the Sault Area Hospital. Beloved husband of Grace for 53 years. Loving father of Hilary Lauzon (George) and John (Diana). Dear grandad of Kate & Carolyn Lauzon, Heather & Matthew Bernard. Andrew was the son of the late Mary and John Bernard and the beloved brother of Muriel McNeil, Bannockburn, Scotland. Andrew will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends for all his love and support, his immense pride in his grandchildren, his love of Scotland and adopted country Canada and his passion for education, music and poetry. Friends may call at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church (1643 Wellington Street East) on Tuesday November 13, 2007 from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral and committal service at 1:00 p.m. with the Venerable Munroe Scott officiating. Son of the late Thomas and Myrtle Burke. Dear brother of Shirley Stewart (Bill), late Jim Burke (late Eileen) and late Gordon Burke (Gerry). Son in law of the late Fred and Maria Olar. Brother in law of the late Bill Olar, late John Olar (Dorothy of BC), Alex Olar (Dorothy), late Helen Ambeault (late Ray), late Walter Olar (Isabel), George Olar (Ruth), Dan Olar (late Gertrude), Paul Olar (Pat), Pauline Pallot (late Lawerance), Charles Olar (late Leona), Anne Derkach (Ed), Eli Olar (Fay), late Marion Olar, Carolyne Strong (late Walter), Nellie Loney (Stan), Harry Olar, and Nick Olar (Janice). Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 from 7 – 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 11 a.m. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Much loved father of the late Randy Hollingshead (Tammy). Special Papa of Kelley Burns. Dear son of Bill and Maxine Hollingshead. Brother of Sherri-Jo King (John) and Steven (Ellen). Son in law of Irma Hallaert (late Henri). Brother in law and best friend of Dirk Hallaert (Cathy) and Ingrid Hallaert (Art) and Frank Hallaert. Billy will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends. Brother of Romeo (Maria), the late Bruno (the late Annie) and John Carlo (Mary). Brother in law of Anna Silveri (the late Ermando), Gino (Lorraine), the late Frank (Piera), Fernando (Anita), and Antonio (Edvige) and Giovanni (Maria) both of Italy. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Dionisio will be sorely missed for his many talents, his strength, wisdom and quiet loving manner. January 1, 1918 - November 10, 2007. passed away suddenly at his residence on Saturday November 10, 2007 at the age of 89 years. Beloved husband and soulmate for over 66 years of Dorothy (Lucas) Yadivisiak. Ted left behind and will always be cherished by his daughter Dawn-Marie Malone (Bob) and his so very special grandchildren, Kelly Grundy (Randy) of Kingston, Dr. Rob Malone (Stephanie) of Brockville and Michael Malone (Katie) and five great granddaughters that were the joy of his life. Ted is survived by his brothers, Ed and Father Gerald Yadivisiak, his sister Lucy Pomber and predeceased by his sisters, Gladys Greschuk, Vina Dubas, Jenny Biedka and Stella Lavallee. Brother-in-law of Andrew Lucas (Marge), John Lucas (late Mary Ann) and the late Monica Cloukey (late Leonard). Ted will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends. He was a retired deacon from the Precious Blood Cathedral. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at Precious Blood Cathedral on Wednesday November 14, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with Monsignor Bernard Burns officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (A.R.C.H.) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
