May 10, 1911 – November 6, 2007 – passed away peacefully at the Plummer Hospital on Tuesday, November 6, 2007. Wife of James Frederick Kelly and daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Henry King of West Korah. She is survived by her three daughters June McGunigal (Toronto), Gayle Alenius (Watervliet, NY) and Bonnie Henry (Toronto). She was the proud grandmother of Mitzi Fox (Toronto), Jyl and Gregory McGunigal (Toronto), Karen Wyld (NY), Paige Alenius (NY) and Corey Henry (Toronto). She was also blessed with great grandchildren Timothy Scott Wyld (NY), Shayla Fox (Toronto) and Kristie, Carol and Mickey Henry Jr. (Parry Sound). She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters Lillian Ruth Berry, William Albert King, Francis Amelia Moore (Windsor), Clarescey Matilda Springgay (Flint, M.I.), Margaret Ann King, George Alexander King, Daisy Williams (Wawa), Tena Luck, John Henry King and Evelyn Wilding. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, November 12, 2007 from 6-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at 11 am. Mrs. Joy McPhee officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Red Cross or the CNIB would be appreciated.

Peacefully passed away at the Sault Area Hospital (Plummer Site) on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at the age of 83 years. Rosaire left behind and will be missed by family and many friends. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, November 12, 2007 from 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at 1 p.m. Father Michael Williams officiating. Loving mother to Alex Jr. (Debbie) and Vanessa Jones (Glen Jr.). Affectionate Grandmother to Sarah, Corey, Jared, Jade, Clarissa, Hunter, Forrest and the late Brandon. Very proud Great Grandmother to Journey. Sister to Terry, Lance (Linda), Crystal and predeceased by Bob, Jerry, Geraldine and Gary. Donna is survived by many nieces and nephews. Loving father of Edward (Jackie), Brenda Redfern (Dave), Danny Jr. (Debbie) and the late Brent (Shirley). Adored Pappy of Tammy Bennardo (Joe), Edward Jr., Pam Auger (Kevin), Loralee Grigg (Danny), Deanna Rector (Mark), Dan (III), Pauline (Gene Scarfone) and Brittney. Precious great grandfather of 9. Brother of Laura, Gilda and the late Annette, Connie, John, Mary, Bonnie, Betty and Romeo. Brother-in-law of Elvira DiPasquale (late Gino). Lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Special “Mr. D” to the staff at Zellers, RBC and other businesses. Daniel was proud to be a World War II Veteran. Daughter of the late Jessie and Joe Soucie. Survived by eight sisters and six brothers. Special grandmother to two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Special sister-in-law of Juliette Soucie. Resting at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon where friends may call on Thursday November 8, 2007 from 10am until time of service in the chapel at 11am. Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery. Loving mother of Judy Miller (Herb), Jim Mertes (Lynda), Liz Summers (Doug) and John Mertes (Wanda). Loving Baba of Jake, Jude, D.J., Nathan, Mitchell, Matthew, Samantha and Sean. Sister of the late Jim Gowan, Peggy Flanagan (Tom), Maureen Johnstone (late Bill), Tim Gowan (Bonnie) and Michael Gowan (Denise). Sister-in-law of Gerry Mertes (Mary) and Don Mertes (Barb). Cherished by her many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Millie will be fondly remembered by the many people she touched through her teaching career, her compassion for friends, her unlimited support and acceptance of others. Millie is an inspiration to us all and a constant reminder to love and cherish one another.
