Peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Saturday, May 26, 2007 in his 93rd year. Former husband of Angela. Loving father of Doreen Lalor (John), Brian (Beverly), Bill (Alice) and Joseph Lamarche (Barbara). Cherished grandfather of Stephanie and Joshua Lalor, Brent and Daryl Lamarche, Laura and Nick Lamarche and Samantha Lamarche. Great grandfather of Benjamin. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Simone Collins (Alex) Bill (Rita), Jeanette Behrens (Bob) and Bud (wife Marjorie of Bend, Oregon). Uncle of Walter and Don McCrea, Barbara Wolfe, Bob Behrens, Larry Behrens, Judy Soltys, Steven, Rebecca and Kenny Lamarche. Son of the late François and the late Emilia Lamarche (nee Brisebois). Rolly was the last survivor of the original residents of the town of Wawa. He taught his children survival skills, honesty and determination. In his convictions, he was stubborn to the end. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 from 6-9 pm. Funeral mass to be celebrated from Precious Blood Cathedral on Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at 11 am. Monsignor Bernard Burns officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations to War Amps, Mass for Shut Ins and the Salvation Army would be appreciated. The Lamarche family would like to thank S.A.H, Plummer site, Site 2nd Floor, Continuous Care for all their help and support.

We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Vicki MacAdam. Loving wife of Donald. Caring mother of Sheena and Jordan and their father Lewis Casola. Daughter of Gail Thompson and the late Robert Hewson and step-daughter of Cathy Hewson. Sister of Daphne Darlow (Len) and Dana Thompson (Greg Wirth). Beloved auntie to Nathan, Darren, Kayla and James. Vicki will always be remembered for her infectious laugh and kind heart. We will always miss our “Scoop”. A private family service will be held. Rev. Canon Earl Burk officiating. Memorial contributions to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.

At the Sault Area Hospital (General Site) on Thrusday, May 24, 2007. George Martin in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Jean Martin, and loving father of Wynne Lienhardt, Jeff (Jerelyn), Jim (Cathy) and the late Wayne and Brian Martin. George is survived by his brother, Duncan (Sonny) Martin and his sister, Gladys Friel. He was predeceased by two brothers and one sister. He will be particularily missed by his many grandsons, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. George was the owner and operator of Forge Lake Air Service for many years. He served with the R.C.M.P and was a veteran of the Royal Canadian Airforce serving England and Scotland during WWII. A celebration of George's life will take place at the Willowgrove United Church, 55 Tilley Rd on Tuesday May 29th at 10am with Helen Smith Officiating. In lieu of flowers donations to the Bushplane Museum would be appreciated. (Arrangements entrusted to O'Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home)

passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, May 26, 2007 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late John (Jack). Much loved mother of Glenn (Cindy) and Gary (Nancy). Cherished grandmother of Adam (Courtney), Alicia (Ryan), Daniel (Hanna), Annie Cedolia (Benjamin), Nathan and Katie. Special great grandmother of Emma Cedolia. Predeceased by her siblings Bernice Rousseau (late Tom), Burton Armstrong (late Doris), Ralph Armstrong and Lawrence Armstrong (late Pearl). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Island Bible Chapel (Littleton Street, Richards Landing) on Wednesday May 30, 2007 from 12 pm until the time of the service at 2 pm. Rev Jim Tulloch officiating. Interment Richards Landing Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Harmony United Church Women or to the Matthews Memorial Auxiliary would be appreciated by the family.

He peacefully slipped away in his sleep on March 23, 2007, at the Sault Area Hospital surrounded by all the love that kept him around for so many years. Devoted husband for 62 years of Marie (nee Halter). Loving father of Brian (Denise), Lynn (Brian Clargo) and Kim (Robert St.Pierre). Proud grandfather of Tricia (Nick Guerriero), Marcie (Marvin Kember), Brilyn, Kyleigh, and Jordan Clargo, and David St. Pierre. Special great-grandfather of Andrew and Ethan Kember. Beloved son of the late Mary (nee Pinto) and Joseph Coleffi. Brother of the late Evelyn Braido (late Gino), late Elia Amaroso (late Alex), late Aurora Del Bianco (late Nello), late Alba Maich (Toshy), late Velma Cedolia (Guido), late Eva Chaon (LeRoy), and Helen Running (late Tom). Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and many in-laws throughout Canada. Burial will take place Saturday May 26th 2:30 PM at Hillside Cemetery in Prince Township.

Peacefully in his sleep, at the Toronto Grace Rehabilitation Hospital on Saturday, May, 19, 2007 at the age of 63 years. Beloved husband of Janet Joy. Loving father of Don Joy (Norah), Sharon Crossan, Christine Joy (Mike) and Lorraine Joy (B.J.). Proud granddad of Sam, Megan, Eric, Rachael, Treavor, Sierra, Miah and Kaleb. Larry will be sadly missed by his brother Dave Joy (Heather). Larry is predeceased by his parents Robert and Elizabeth Joy, his brother Don Joy (Luella), sister Eunice Joy and by his granddaughter Miranda Joy. A memorial service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, May 25, 2007 at 3 p.m. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Bellevue Park Commemorative Bench Program (cheques are to be made payable to the City of Sault Ste. Marie) or to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
