MONTGOMERY, Robert E(deceased December 31, 2006) and MONTGOMERY, DOREEN M.(deceased January 14, 2007) – Beloved parents of Karen (Don) and Cheryl. Loved grandparents of Jackson and Brice. The funeral service and interment will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2007 at 1 pm at Bellingham United Church (north of Iron Bridge). Born February 8, 1924 in Lago, Cosenza Italy. Mario passed away peacefully at the F. J. Davey Home on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 surrounded by his loved ones. Loving husband of Ortenzia (Sicoli) for 53 years. Beloved father of Frank (Dianne), Maria Iaconis (Sam), late Giuseppe, Linda (Serge), Joe (Tera), Lori D'Ettorre (Carlo) and Michael (Tammy). Proud grandfather and great grandfather of many. Son of the late Nunziata and Giuseppe Naccarato. Dear brother of Elena Sacco (Settimio), late Emma Iuliano (late Domenic), Eliza Scanga (late Mario), Mafalda Cuglietta (late Giacomino), late Ercole (late Marianna), Rosetta Iuliano (Pasquale) and Anselmo (Emilia). Brother-in-law of Assunta Caputo (late Gasparo) and Carmella Perri (late Alfonzo). Mario will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral mass at St. Veronica's Church on Saturday, May 26, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Ron Ambeault officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations made to the Alzheimer Society or to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to the F. J. Davey Home Third Floor (Cedar Grove) nurses and staff for their compassion and support.
The seasons have been full, with little regret, with a final touch to my tomatoes of love, and with God at my side, I shall not fret, as I enter the gates of the garden above.

Beloved mother of Jerry, Ken (Roberta) and the late Raymond. World’s most amazing and loving grandmother to Lisa (Mark), Aaron (Michelle) and Eric. Loving Great Grandmother to Ava and Paxton. Mary will be missed by brother Joe Offidani (Marian) and sister Minetta Biocchi (late Joe). Dearest friend of Janice and Steve Hodgson and “special grandmother” to Johnny, Laura and Sean. Dearest family friend of Tony Fiacconi (late Triesta). Sister-in-law of Enis Perugini (late Leno) and Lino Fiacconi (Velma) and predeceased by her sisters Georgina Nino (late Anthony), Emma Euale (late August) and brothers George Fiacconi (Helen) and Richard Fiacconi (late Celinda). passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 19, 2007 in her 75th year to rejoin her husband Henri. The couple met in Laverlochère P.Q., where Hélène was born and raised. They eventually settled in Sault Ste. Marie in 1952. Giving birth to and raising five children, she extended her family by opening her door to many who needed a helping hand. Hélène retired from teaching elementary school shortly after her first bout with breast cancer in 1982. Always active with a love for the great outdoors, her diverse interests included quilting, swimming and snorkelling at the YMCA, she loved to travel, line dance and do needle point. Her kindness, friendship, positive attitude and love of life were cherished by all who knew her. Loved mother of Jack (Lynda) of Beaumont, Alberta, Robert (Penny), Charles (Patt) both of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Lina Bylsma (Jack) and Daniel (Janet) both of Ottawa, Ontario. Proud grandmother of Dylan (Jane), Maggie Fleming (Dave), Dayna (Tony), Travis, Céline, Amanda, Jillian, Nathan and the late Martin. Loving great-grandmother of Alec, Kieran, MacKenzie, Lydia, and Ethan. Beloved sister of Marcel (Antoinette), Suzanne Trudel (late Eugène), Marthe Pagé (Léon), Roger (Mariette), Brigitte Beaumier (late Arthur), Lucille Bergeron (Philippe), Gilles Melançon and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Alphonse and Marie Anne Melançon, also Aimée (Marie Laure), Cécile Pellerin (late Léo-Paul), Aline Mercier (late Raymond).
