It is with great sadness, but with celebration of her life, that her family announces the peaceful passing of Vivian on August 18, 2008 at the family home in Searchmont in her 51st year, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Dennis, loving mother of Matte (Elouise Marshall), Travis (Carrie) and Danielle. Adoring gram'ma to Aiden. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Phylis Mummery. Baby sister of Barbara Goddard (David), James Mummery (Sally), Joan Vezina (Brian) and Charles Mummery Jr. (Bonnie Strom). Vivian will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephew including: Robin Greganti (Gabe), Tracy Greco (Frank), Sharlene Jamieson, Vivian Elsby (Greg), Craig King (Jill) and many great nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, August 21, 2008 from 7-9 pm. Funeral service to be held in the chapel on Friday, August 22, 2008 at 11 am. Interment to follow. Donations to the SAH Cancer Care Fund or the Superior Community Skatepark Association would be appreciated by the family.

passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, August 18, 2008 at the age of 74 years, surrounded by family and friends. Born in Serra Aiello, Cosenza, Italy in 1934 and immigrated to Canada in 1963. His passion was music; singing, playing the accordian and organ, and was well known for the band Shades of Blue. He also loved uniting the Italian community by organizing dinner parties. Member of the Marconi Club. Dear father of Grace St. Germain (Jerry), Fiore (Amy) and Steve (Kelly) and will be remembered by their mother Rosa. Son of the late Maria Rosa and Aurelio Cappelli. Brother of Alfredo (Rosaria), Adua Sdao (Nello) and Lina Cappelli. Predeceased by Gaetano (Filippina), Mario (Norina), Rosa (Luigi Gabriele), Maria (Armando Fascetti), Salvatore (Rosaria) and Fiore (Fiorina). Grandfather of William, Deanna, Fiore, Dante and Dante Steven. Valerio will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Canada and Italy. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Gregory's Church on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Monsignor Victor Amadio officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations made to St. Gregory's Church, Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to Dr. M. Febbraro, Dr. Bignell and to all the nursing staff of the ICU and 200Y, for their care and compassion.

LUCIANI, Anthony Patrick 'Tony' - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather; Anthony 'Tony' Luciani on Sunday, August 17, 2008 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of 59 years to Irma (nee Zaharko) Luciani. Loving father of Lita Rose (David), Beverley Dupuis (Denis) and Paul Luciani (Angela). Greatly loved papa to Jason Graham (Cindy), Jeffery Graham (Denise), Stephanie and Drew Luciani and Danielle and Shae-Lynne Dupuis. Great grandfather of Jordan and Jazmine Graham, Mackenzie and Tanner Graham. Also, special papa to Tanya, Amanda, Bryan, Karissa, Chris and Kim. Dear brother of Bert Luciani (Lena), Laura Salvini (Joseph), the late Adeline Litalian (late Laurent), Mary Dubois (Clarence) and Richard Luciani (Irene). Brother-in-law of the late Joe Zaharko (Janie) of Wilmington, Delaware and the late William Zaharko (late Mary). Greatly loved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Thursday, August 21, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. until time of funeral service in the Chapel at 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to Tony's favourite place 'The Walkway to Health' at the F. J. Davey Home would be greatly appreciated. Tony's family would like to thank the staff of the 2nd floor Cedar Grove - F. J. Davey Home for their thoughtfulness and loving care of our husband, dad and papa. We would also like to thank his Guardian Angels Irene and Richard for all they have done.

Son of the late Carmela and Giuseppe Fascina and brother of Albert (Maria), Peter (Elizabeth), and Giovanni (Concetta) Fascina, Lidia Romano, and the late Petrina Castagna (Giuseppe), late Antonia Laporta (late Paolo), late Angelo and the late Carmelo (late Assunta) Fascina, Son in law of the late Mildred and Frank Teeple and brother in law to Dewight (Bucko) ((Michelle)), Diane, Raymond Bryce (Joy), Anthony (Barbara), Allard (Kimberly) and Mark Teeple, Leona Cole (Michael), Melody Campbell (Hugh) and the late Roberta, late Lindsay and the late Patrick Teeple. Michele is also survived by step grandchildren, many nephews and nieces.
