Peacefully at her home on Saturday, August 9, 2008 at the age of 71. Beloved wife of the late Alpo Hanka. Loving mother of Heikki, Hannu, Arto (Joanne), Asko (Lorrie) and Anita McLeod (Yves). Cherished Mummu to Sonja Maltby (Mike), Nathan, Ashley, Erik, Kevin, Veinno, Kertu, Britney, Kirsty and Mila. Great grandmother of Kai and Hannah. Dear sister of Etvi Maenpaa (Sylvi) and Paavo Maenpaa. Sylvi is survived by many nieces and nephews in Finland. Suddenly at Cheboygan Memorial Hospital on Saturday, August 9, 2008, surrounded by family and close friends, at the age of 57 years. Wife of the late Joseph Irving. Loving daughter of Roy (Ann Mooney) and the late Bro-Lee Perkins. Special mother and best friend to Wendy (Kevin) and Dwayne (Lisa). Stepmother to Brian, Danny and Tammy. Extra special Grandma to Travis, Joshua and Jacob. Step grandmother to Amber, Brianna, Cody, Kayla, Cameron, Samantha, Sabrina, Kevin, Cara, Chris, Cory and Timothy. Jean was predeceased by her brothers Dan Perkins and Earl Perkins (Isabel). Jean is survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She will be sadly missed by family, friends and the family pet Misty. Loving mother of Jabeen Sayeed (Leo Gravelle), Karen Muccin (Paul), Ken (Pauline) and Keith (Dan). Beloved grandmother of Matthew Gravelle (Dorothy), Kristen and Kaitlin Cupido and Alyssa Muccin. Sister of Gail Allen (late Sydney) and the late Lillian Mitchell (late Donald). Sister in law of Tony Cupido (Pat). She will be greatly missed by many loving nieces and nephews.
