Peacefully passed away at her home on Friday, May 9, 2008 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Edward and Charles. Loving mother of Conley (Linda), Edward (Doreen), Delores Ingram (late James) and Bradley (Louise). Cherished grandmother of Kim, Mike, Steve, Michelle, Sheliah, Orville, Dean, Derrick, Denise, Melissa and Nicole. Great grandmother of William, Nicholas, Ava, Jack, Nolan and Dustin. Predeceased by her two brothers and a sister. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, May 12, 2008 from 11 am until time of the service in the chapel at 1 pm. Mrs. Helen Smith officiating. Peacefully passed away at the Extendicare Van Daele Nursing Home on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at the age of 78 years. Daughter of the late Bert and Clarinda Bennett of Fogo, Newfoundland. Beloved wife of John (Jack) Sheppard for 48 years. Loving mother of Russell, Raymond (Sherry) and Kelly Thomas (Rob). Special grandma to Emily, Tristan and Blair. Sister of Audrey Baker (Vic) of Barrie, Ontario. Stella will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends in Newfoundland and Ontario. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 from 7 - 9 pm. Funeral service from Holy Trinity Church (352 Northern Ave East) on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 11 am. Rev. Stephen Blackmore officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Loving mother of Brenda Fera (Leonard), Timothy Pezzutto (Diana), John Pezzutto (Shelley), Christine Predum (Gary Jolie)(late Randy), Patricia Pezzutto (Nicholas Mihelic) and predeceased by Mary, Thomas and Richard Pezzutto. Cherished grandmother of Andrea, Aaron and Audra Fera (Mike Rowan), Lauren Mullin, Nadia (Chris Esson), McKenzie (Liz Armstrong) and Michelle Predum, Nicholas Pezzutto, Jeremy and Matthew Barnes, Jenna McCuaig, Thomas Nash and the late Christopher Laderoute. Sadly missed by 11 great grandchildren Elijah, Mikala, Gavin, Ava, Faith, Randy, Shayla-Ryce, Carter, Madison, Mason and Bronson. Sister of Peter McConnell (late Shirley)(Sandy), late Marjorie Oliver (Dick Remilliard)(late Robert), Shirley McIntomney (Richard), Deanna Holmes (late Lorrie) and Gerald McConnell (Nancy, Rita, Joan, Mary, Kathy). Sister-in-law of the late Mary Kells (late Jack) and Bruna McPherson (late Tony Zamperoni)(Terry). Emma will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special grandmother of Brett, Lisa, Curtis, Jon, Clayton, Travis, Julie, Natalie, Emilie, Paul and Kathryn, and great grandmother to Mackenzie, Spencer, Aedan, Clive, Ariel, Benjamin, and Carson. Dear sister of the late Charlie, Gordon and Rhoda. Dear sister-in-law of Betty Angle (Richard) and Ida Carson (late Ross). She will be sorely missed by her children Ted, Kevin (Donna), Vicki (Ken Lepp), Mary Beharriel (Derek), James "Jamie" (Lia) and the late Randy. Survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren who loved her dearly. She was a wonderful aunt to many nieces and nephews. Sister of Anne, Nina, and predeceased by her siblings Nelda, Molly, Mayme and Ted. Brother-in-law of Lorraine Brooks (late Norman), Donald Dupuis (Margaret), Raymond Dupuis (Jeanne), Vicky Bellefeuille (Fern), Theresa Armstrong (Marvin), Shirley Dupuis and the late Eleanor St. Jules (Art). Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by his friends Smokey and Ginger.
