passed away suddenly on Monday, May 5, 2008 at the age of 83 years. Born in Aiello, Italy on March 2, 1925. Beloved husband of Rosaria. Cherished father of Mary Paradiso (Fernando), Geno (Paula) and Lilliana Pino (Enrico). Adored Papa of Frank, Tara (Robby), Derek, Justin (Krystina), Tessa (Clint), Tiana (Mike), Natalie and Eric. Son of the late Maria Zagordo. Brother of the late Santa, Elena and Aurelio Zagordo (Ida). Son-in-law of the late Antonio and Elvira Spina. Brother-in-law of Giuseppina Buffone (Francesco), Frank Spina (Eda) and the late Joe Spina (Emma). His family will always remember him for his love of Tim Hortons, Toronto Maple Leafs and his shiny car. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Veronica's Church on Friday, May 9, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Ron Ambeault officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations made to the Sault Area Hospital - Critical Care Fund would be appreciated by the family.

Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at St. Michael's Hospital on Friday, May 2, 2008. Beloved wife of Bill Zarechney. Loving mother of Jane Bean, Billy-John (Christine) and Colleen Scott (Jay). Oma of April, Sara and Kyle, Thomas and Victoria and Logan. Sister of Albert (Roelie), Jannie (Jan), Hennie (late Klaas), late Jantje, late Jan, Henk (Jennie) all of Holland, the late Johanna Shuba (late John) of Sault Ste. Marie and Gus (Wendy) of Ottawa. Sister-in-law of the late Dolores Breen and John Zarechney (Beverley). Erie will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews in both Holland and Canada. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service in the Chapel on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Monsignor Victor Amadio officiating. Alex Bordeleau Jr. formerly of Desbarats passed away suddenly at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday May 3, 2008 in his 76th year. Son of the late Alex and Anna Bordeleau. Beloved husband of the late Mable (Maguire) and companion of the late Florence McGregor. Father of Harold Bordeleau of Thessalon, Jason and Amy Bordeleau and Penny Armstrong (Trevor) all of Sault Ste. Marie. Brother of Paul, Carl, Larry, Evelyn Sherrington (late Frank), Herb (Barb) and the late Rosemary McKinnon (late Art), Allan (late Grace) and Andre (Beatrice). Special grandfather to Brianna, Dana, Adam, Kyle, Ryan, Emily and Cassandra. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Resting at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon where friends may call on Wwednesday May 7, 2008 from 2pm until time of service at 4 o’clock. Cremation followed by interment in The Sands Cemetery. Donations to the New Sault Area Hospital gratefully accepted.

Dear grandfather of Meghan, Ryley, Liam and John. P.J. was a proud supporter of St. Michael's College and the Soo Thunderbirds. He was a respected employee of the Ford Motor Company in Oakville. A memorial service will be held in Toronto at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Algoma Lung Association would be appreciated by the family. All good things come in small packages, and God sent us one of his greatest gifts in this package. On May 1, 2008 she returned to heaven suddenly at the age of 32. She left behind her loving husband Eric - the greatest love of her life. Precious and only daughter of Hank and Sandra (Newman). Loving sister of Kirk (Laurie). Special daughter in law of Dave and Debbie (Bonham). Fun loving sister in law of Chad (Jessie), TJ (Mandy) and Sara. Aunty of Ethan, Lily, Isaiah with whom she shared many playful moments. Devoted step granddaughter of Oma - Ria Geenan, granddaughter in law of Pete and Gen VanHaitsma and Ida and the late Leonard Bonham. Chrissy will now be reunited in heaven with her late nona Mary and grandpa Edgar Newman and the late Opa Bill and Oma Elizabeth Baltussen. Chrissy blessed the hearts of her numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends by sharing her zest for life and her "never give up" attitude. Resting at Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 from 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass from St. Veronica's Church on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at 12 p.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of you choice would be appreciated. Tonight when we look to the heavens and see that sparkling star - we will cry - but in time we will feel comfort knowing that the sparkle is from your smile as you watch down on us. Loving father of Sharon Chillman (late John), Lily Mae Makarchuk (Alan), Lee (Kendra Vitone) and Jo-Anne Vaughan (Gerald). Proud grandpa of Jamie Chillman (Nicky McCaig), Jodi Chillman (Patrick Robinson), Caitlin, Kevan and David Makarchuk, Logan and Karleigh Ingram, Clifton, Benjamin and Phylicia Vaughan. Cherished great grandpa of Trinity Belle and Treece Abby Dawn Chillman. Son of the late Ernest & Lily Ingram (nee Wright). Dear brother of Bella MacKinnon (late Stewart), Amy Green (late Albert), Hazel Mortimore (Ellwood Martin and the late Bob Mortimore), Addie Seabrook (late Ivan) and predeceased by Alice Weir (late George), Hester Dumond (late Wilfred), Anne Ladouceur (late Bill), Nelson Ingram (late Beulah), Maude Guzzo (late Frank) and Ernie Ingram (late Bernice). Abby will be sadly missed by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. A memorial service will be held at the Cloudslee United Church on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 1:30 pm. Mrs. Marilyn Billings officiating.
