Peacefully at home on Friday, March 16, 2007. Dear husband and best friend of Arlene Colthirst and loving father of Alana. Previous husband of Doreen, and their children, Martin “Marty” (Kim), Maureen Byles (Kevin), Anne Marie Cimosky (Walter). Big brother of John (deceased), Mary, Catherine “Kitty”, Martin, and Martha. Grandfather of Caitlin, Connor, Baye, and Ryan. He will be sadly missed by his numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Road, Pickering Village (Ajax) 905-428-8488 from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2007. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church (1001 Ravenscroft Road, Ajax). passed away peacefully at Community Nursing Home on Wednesday April 18, 2007 in her 86th year. Beloved wife of Nick. Much loved mother to Dennis and his wife Donna, Gary and his wife Karen, Joanne and her husband Robert Thompson. Proud grandmother of Kimberly and her husband Michael Zachanowich, Laurie, Jennifer, Kevin, and Julie. Sister to Jessie Kotz. Annie will also be sadly missed by many family, friends, and all who knew her. It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of George on Friday March 23, 2007 after a lengthy illness at the Scarborough Hospital. George was the beloved husband of Marion (Harwood-Jones) for almost 55 years. Dearest father of Robert and his wife Lillian and Cynthia and her husband Rodney Noble. Cherished grandfather of Ashley Lennox and Ryan and Kerry Noble. Caring brother of Tom and Sydney. Loving brother-in-law of Marg and John Leeds. He will be lovingly remembered by many dear family and friends. Thanks to the Dialysis Nursing Staff at Scarborough General Hospital for the wonderful care provided. passed away suddenly at the Ajax Pickering Hospital on Saturday April 21, 2007 at the age of 36. Loving father of Danielle Mahon. Beloved son of Patrick and Dorothy Mahon. Jenny laughed and loved life and laughed some more as she traveled the world. Her spirit touched people and brought happiness and lit up their lives. Her life was exciting and she was so very happy!

Tragically killed in a car accident in Italy on March 6, 2007. Dearly beloved daughter of Dolores (Karl) and John (Donna). Forever missed by brother Mark, sister Kim (Sante) and sisters Jillian and Jacqueline. Grieved by her devoted partner Luca Grazi and many, many friends, especially Nicole and Perry Hughes. Although her life was far too short, it was a life fully lived and savored! Friends worldwide remember her zest for life, contagious happy smile and loving spirit. Her life was indeed “A Sweet Peach” as she often said.

May 18, 1959 - April 6, 2007

Bob’s gone fishing! He lived life to the fullest. Dearly loved by Jessica, Ben, and Glendalynn. Cherished son of Lillian, and Joseph Janacek. Much loved by his brothers, and sisters, Mike and Cory Janacek, Debby and Wayne Morrissey, Sue and Ned Talmey, Wendy Moss and Kevin Van Sickle, and Lynn Janacek. Bob will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Dear son in-law of Vivian and Alvin Brouilette. Pre-deceased by dear friend, Kim Barry. Bob had many long time special friends who have been there for him, and the family thanks them for their support.

June 27, 1919 - August 13, 2007

passed away peacefully at the Huronia District Hospital on Monday August 13, 2007, in his 89th years. Jim was a retired O.P.P. Inspector and a World War II Veteran. He is survived by his loving wife Jessie, and daughter Maureen. A private family service has taken place. The family would like to thank Dr. R. Thomas, Dr. J. Dolezel and the Nursing Staff for all their wonderful care. If desired, donations to your charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.

Left us after a long illness on June 5, 2007 to be with the Lord. Predeceased by parents Henry and Anthonia and nephew Sean. Survived by sister s Anthonia and Henrica (Barry) and Sylvia Lancaster, nieces Yolanda (Winston) and Katrina, great-nieces Anika, Arielle, Anais and Aysia. Watkinson, Bessie passed away peacefully at Hillcrest Nursing Home on July 4th, 2007 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of 64 years of Wilbert (Rick). Mother of Elizabeth (Be Jay) Kubetz and Susan Fraser (Garry). Grandmother of Katharina Klambauer (Joe), Amy and David Fraser. Great grandmother to Joshua and Emily. Predeceased by her parents Wilfred and Violet Smith and sister Jean Smith Barber. Visitation will be held at the Nicholls Funeral Home on Saturday July 7th, 2007 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 12 noon.
