JEYANATHAN, Joseph Augustine - After a brief illness, Joseph Augustine Jeyanathan, beloved husband of Angela for 51 years, passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2007 at Centenary Hospital. He will be sadly missed by his seven children, Marina (Nilani) Albert, Mirani Cooke, Miriam (Bhavani) Ponniah, Bernadette (Dayani) Jeyanathan, Anton (Sathy) Jeyanathan, Louis (Prabu) Jeyanathan, Benjamin (Jeya Kumar) Jeyanathan; their spouses Rex, Ranjit, Timothy, Shamini, Geetha and Subo; ten grandchildren, Michelle, Rochelle, Kalvini, Anthea, Lavinia, Sahana, Priyana, Sinthu, Caleb and Anjali. Resting at the Highland Funeral Home, 3280 Sheppard Ave. East (just west of Warden Avenue), from 5-9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, August 29th (time to be announced), at St. Thomas More Church (Ellesmere, east of Markham Rd.) Interment Christ the King Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Family Service Association of Toronto or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.

FLEMING, Ray passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, and with his family by his side, at Princess Margaret Hospital, on Friday, August 24, 2007. He will be sadly missed by his wife Sharon, daughters Dionne, Rochelle and Simone, and his two grandsons Keanu and Oshaye. Also missed by his mother, sisters, brothers, and many other family members. Predeceased by his father and brother. Friends and family may be received at Highland Funeral Home, 3280 Sheppard Ave. E. (west of Warden) on Tuesday, August 28 from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, August 29 at 2 p.m. Reception to follow in the Arbor Lounge. Dear sister of Stan Raden of Canton, Michigan and special niece of Louise Glaholme of Barrie, Ont. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. DUBE, Joseph Charles Edward, 101 years young. passed away August 25, 2007, at Versa Care Windsor Place. Son of the late Elie and Elizabeth (nee Rocheleau). Beloved husband of the late Veronica (nee Craig) (1988). Born on the Pike Road, Malden Township, on July 11, 1906. Father of the late Edward, Q.C. and Joan (nee MacDonald), R.N.; Harold and Joyce (nee Dallaire), Hubert and Lana Mahaits and Hubert's late wife Barbara Rose, Clement and Helen (nee Wawrzasek) of Vancouver. Grandfather to many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Retired from the Canada Customs 1971 after 30 years of service. Parishioner of Holy Name of Mary Church for some 75 years. Many thanks to the staff at Windsor Place and to the many caregivers especially Jim and Carol Carmichael. Died peacefully at Mount Sinai Hospital on August 26, 2007 at the age of 77. An electrician, he immigrated from Malta in 1952, and married Rena in 1961. With four sons, they built a life based on love, faith, and a dedication to hard work. Francis was generous in all things. Retiring at age 63, he endured many health setbacks including Parkinson's, but faced them courageously with the support of family and friends. Francis will be sadly missed by all, especially his wife Rena (nee Sammut), sons Reno (Linda), Angelo (Dorothy), David (Josephine) and Christopher (Susannah) and grandchildren Daniel, Adam, Alyssa and Alex. Brother to Sam, Carmena, Maria, Helen and predeceased by Joseph, Felicia, and Catherine. Friends and family are invited to the LYNETT FUNERAL HOME, 3299 Dundas St. W.
