STUMPF, Loretta peacefully passed away on Tuesday October 9, 2007 at Lakeridge Health - Oshawa. Beloved and devoted wife of Joseph for 46 years. Loving mother of Joe and his wife Debi and Lori and her husband Stephen. Cherished grandma of Stephanie, Cameron, Matthew and Jamie. Dear sister of Betty (Bob), Midge (Bill) and pre-deceased by her brother Bill (June). Loretta will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews in Canada and all the family members in Hungary. Family will receive friends at the Mount Lawn Reception Centre 21 Garrard Rd. Whitby (just north of Dundas St.) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday October 12, 2007. (1985) Loving mother of Patricia Hill & her husband Jim McCarrick of Cornwall, Ont., David & his wife Fran of Peterborough and Marlene Hill of Hamilton. Loving nana of Brandon Hill. Loving sister of Patricia Gienuez of Hamilton. Predeceased by sister Lois Aylward. Mrs. Hill is at the DODSWORTH & BROWN Funeral Home ROBINSON CHAPEL (King Street East at Wellington) Hamilton where the family will receive friends on Thursday from 11 am until the time of service in the chapel at 1 pm. Rose May Trudell (nee Garant) passed away peacefully, and with dignity on October 10, 2007 at Heron Terrace. She will be missed by her loving and devoted husband of 64 years, Ernie (Oak Park Terrace). Always remembered with love by her daughter Catherine Glidden (Vernon) and gandson Brad Vernon, great-granddaughter Olivia; Her son Philip and granddaughters Heather and Vanessa; Her son Mark and his wife, Bonnie and grandchildren Marilyn, Scott and his wife Tiffany. May is survived by her loving sisters Theresa 'Lauda' and husband Don Crosby; Jenny and husband George Leach; and by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Margaret Trepanier; Margaret Garant; Madeline Garant; Raymond Poupore; Ann Trudell; Edna Boshell and Ozzie and Clare Lanoue. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Dino Salvador will be the celebrant. Interment at Victoria Memorial Gardens. In kindness, a donation to the Parkinson Society of Canada would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Rose in the Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held in the fall of 2008.
