Mr. Gerald M. Miault
June 10, 1917 - October 13, 2007

Miault, Gerald - (Retired employee of Ontario Hydro) Peacefully, with his family by his side on Saturday October 13, 2007 at Villa Forum Nursing Home, Mississauga in his 91st year. Gerald, beloved husband of the late Mona. Loving father of Mary Jane Slater, Arlene Butler and her husband David, and Bruce Miault and his wife Janet. Proud Grandpa of Kelly, Lori, Tracey, David, Bruce, Marnie, Michelle, Susan, many adoring great-grandchildren as well as 2 great-great grandchildren. Dear brother of Olive Ewatcha of Winnipeg and the late Leo Miault and Helen St. Germaine. Survived by his sister in-law Frances Miault. He will be fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews and their families.
Family and friends will be received at the Glen Oaks Memorial Chapel and Reception Centre, 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville (Highway 403 at Dundas Street) on Thursday October 18, 2007 from 6pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 7pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Hospital for Sick Children would be appreciated by the family.

Clarence Delisle
October 15, 1923 - May 8, 2007

DELISLE, Clarence, 83 years, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2007. Beloved husband of Audrey (Holmes). Loving father of Calvin, Kenneth & John, Brian & Noella, Bonnie & David Percy. Son of the late Harry & Annabelle. Son-in-law of the late Leslie & Mollie Holmes. Proud grandfather of Chantal, Brian & Marsha, Sean Stott, Tina & John Blevins, Tammy & Tim Tennant, Carrie Stott, Stacey & Steve Bennett, Christopher & Marissa, Tom & Melissa and the late Faith Stott. Great papa of Ryan, Courtney, Lucas, Hailey, Autumn, Ethan, Steven, Melanie, Elizabeth, Jonathan & Gwendolynn. Dear brother of Harry and his late wife Lenora, Alfred & his late wife Cecile and the late Katherine & Bill Dufour, Ernest & Dorothy, John & Madeline, Lloyd & Bernadette, Gertrude & Bill Washburn & Harold. Brother-in-law of Ella Delisle, Donald & Bea Holmes, Calvin & Phoebe Holmes, Mary & Jim Cunningham, Luella & Ralph Murray. Several nieces & nephews also survive. Clarence was retired from Chryslers of Canada and was the founder of Delisle Pain Relief Centres and was also a veteran of WWII R.C.A.F. and served in England, member of R.C.L. #255 and he also was a longtime usher at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and a cub leader with Pack 29. Visiting Thursday 2-5 & 7-9 & Friday 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. at Janisse Bros – Marcotte Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Ave. (253-5225). Legion service Thursday 8 p.m., Parish prayers & K of C prayers Friday 7:15 p.m. Funeral Saturday, May 12, 2007 at Our Lady of Guadalupe at 10:30 a.m.
Family & friends are asked to meet at the church Saturday at 9:30 a.m. for visitation until time of service at 10:30 a.m. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Donations to the Windsor Masonic Learning Centre, 986 Ouellette Ave. & the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Clarence in the Janisse Bros – Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 30, 2007. All are welcome.

Mr. Howard Carroll
January 1, 1920 - October 12, 2007

Peacefully passed away at Maitland Manor, Goderich, after an extended illness, on Friday, October 12, 2007, Howard Franklin Carroll of Goderich, in his 88th year. Beloved husband of 63 years, of the late Evelyn M. Carroll (July 29, 2007). Dear Father of Paul (Mary) Carroll of Central Huron; Sharon Scruton of Goderich; Brian (Sharon) Carroll of Fort Wayne, Indiana; Janice (Jim) Henry of Blyth; and Randy (Laurie) Carroll of Whitby. Dear Papa of 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by his parents Franklin A. Carroll and Josephine F. Doxtator, Lewiston, New York; and several aunts and uncles.
Friends may call at McCallum & Palla Funeral Home, Cambria Road at East Street, Goderich, on Sunday from 2 -4pm and 7 - 9pm. Royal Canadian Legion Br. 109 Memorial Service at 6:45pm Sunday. Funeral Service from St. George’s Anglican Church, Goderich on Monday afternoon at 1pm.
Memorial donations are invited to St. George's Anglican Church Restoration Fund; Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 109 Poppy Fund; or Goderich Minor Hockey Association.

Mr. Briane Andrew, Thomas Cresswell
January 8, 1943 - October 8, 2007

Cresswell, Briane (Retired Registered Nurse, Volunteer Firefighter Lafontaine Station #1). passed away at the Huronia District Hospital, Midland on Monday October 8th, 2007, in his 64th year. Beloved husband of Patricia Cresswell nee Brennan. Dear brother of Diane Biggs and James Cresswell. He will be fondly remembered by his nieces Cristine and Erin. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to the Midland S.P.C.A. would be appreciated. Arrangement entrusted to the Penetanguishene Funeral Home, 155 Main St., Penetanguishene L9M 1L

Mr. Maurice Albert Bellisle
February 18, 1929 - October 7, 2007

Bellisle, Maurice passed away peacefully, at home, with his family on Sunday October 7th, 2007 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Marilynne Bellisle. Loving father of Pierre Bellisle and Lise Bellisle. Brother of Kathleen Bourgoeis, Theresa Murphy and predeceased by Raymond. Son of the late Joseph and Victoria Bellisle. At his request there is to be no visitation or funeral service.

Mrs. Muriel Hilda Christmas
April 1, 1912 - October 9, 2007

Christmas, Muriel passed away peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday October 9, 2007 in her 96th year. Devoted wife of the late Dan Christmas. Dear sister of Elsie Parkinson. Loving mother of Janet Webb of Dorset, England and Georgina Moore of Kingston. Cherished Granny of Vicky (Ange), Mat (Jess), Abby (Gavin), Laura and Sarah. Great Granny to Stephanie, George and Bea. Muriel will be missed by many good friends in Kingston where she lived at the Marion Community Homes for twenty-two years and for the past year at Rosewood Retirement Centre. Friends and family are welcome to gather from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday October 16, 2007 at the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Home - Township Chapel 435 Davis Drive, (Taylor Kidd Blvd. & Centennial Drive). For those wishing donations may be made to the U.H.K.F. Kingston General Hospital.

Mrs. Linda Jane Vance Almeida
July 23, 1958 - October 7, 2007

Now at peace, Linda Almeida at the age of 49 passed away at the Goderich Hospital on October 7, 2007 after a lengthy stuggle with cancer. Linda, an employee of the Signal Star for 30 years, Beloved wife of Delfim “Del” Almeida is the loving daughter of Joy Wilkins and the late Whitford Vance. A dear sister and sister-in-law of Helen (Jim) Vanstone, Shirley (Don) MacAdam, Betty (Don) Hexamer, John (Leanne) Vance, Jim (Cathy) Vance, Kate Vance, Barb Vance, Sheila (John) Donatis, Tom (Jana) Vance and sister-in-law of Albertina (Alfredo) Rodrigues. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends whom she adored. At her request cremation has taken place, however, a celebration of Linda’s life will be held at the Goderich Legion from 1-5 PM on Saturday October 20, 2007 where the family will be present to share memories. Donations to Alexandra Marine & General Hospital Foundation – CT Fund or the charity of your choice gratefully acknowledged.

Terrence "Terry" Morency
February 25, 1947 - October 11, 2007

MORENCY, Terry, 60 years, passed away October 11, 2007. Beloved husband of Jeanne Hilder. Loving father of Darrin & Judy Morency, Heather Gale, Scott & Kate Morency, Ed & Dawna Hilder and Tim Hilder. Cherished grandfather of Sarah, Jason, Kali, Brandy, Dakota, Brandon, Eddie and Blayne. Predeceased by his parents Benjamin & Cecile Morency. Dear brother of Janet Deneau, Brenda Lamarsh and predeceased by Ben Morency. Terry was a long time employee of Central Stamping Limited and a Life member of Club Alouette. Visiting at the Janisse Bros. Marcotte Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Avenue on Saturday from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home Sunday October 14, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Fr. Gary Ducharme celebrant. Cremation will follow with Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery at a later date. A tree will be planted in memory of Terry Morency in the Janisse Bros. Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 28, 2008. All are welcome.

Doughty, Dorothy passed away peacefully at the Villa Care Centre with her family by her side on Monday October 15th, 2007 in her 87th year. Loving wife of Roy for 59 years. Dear mother to Richard (Maureen). Special grandmother to Chris (Nancy) and Jeff. Great grandmother to Liam. Sister to Thelma Maguire, Helen Savage, Marion Gamna, David Culbertson (Alma), Diane (Bob) Higgs and predeceased by Robert, James, Russell and Elsie Addison. Visitation will be held at the Nicholls Funeral Home on Wednesday October 17th, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday October 18th at 11 a.m. at St. Mark's Anglican Church. Donations to the Huronia Hospitals Foundation H.D.H. would be appreciated.
